There were few breakfast options

The floor in our room was very dirty. We spilled some water and used a towel to wipe it up and the towel turned black. Our feet and socks got really dirty from the floor.

Room was clean and upgraded!

Outside needs washing, sidewalks are yuck

Easy check in. Plenty of parking.

Didn’t get a receipt for the room. The staff said I would get it in an email but it never came.

Room was sparsely furnished. Plenty of room for a table or a desk, but only had a small wall mounted shelf and an uncomfortable all metal chair.

Everything was ok everyone speaks to you and there's on site washer and dryer which is convenient a lot of lighting and they are there to come help you out in whatever you need whether it's towels quarters whatever and the rooms are spacious

I didn’t like how when I checked in got my room and the staff didn’t even tell us the main line for the water bursted so i wasn’t able to shower I had to use five water bottle and did jail style soap in soap out . when I asked why the water didn’t work he said OH ABOUT That I felt like he scammed all his customer that day for paying and wasn’t able to shower or use water . situation like that they should of gave us back half refund but they have a no refund policy which is unacceptable . plus my room didn’t have a tv remote I spend my whole night listening to music instead .

It was the worst hotel experience of my life! Worst neighborhood, literally open my window and 10 feet across the alley was homeless people with fires and doing drugs, tents and tarps horrible! The room had one towel in it and it was stained and gross. I saw online when I was there that the normal price was $62 a night but I paid over $400! The people in the room next to us were fighting all night and the police showed up and all this scared my children and wife! The toilet clogged after I simply urinated in it and I called and went to the front over and over and begged for towels and they didn't have anyone available to help with the toilet so I had to plunge it myself. There were no smoke alarms in either of the two rooms I had! Which is against the law, the stairs had caution tape on one half because the stairs were literally cracked in half! Very unsafe and the front desk gave us the managers number who while we were simply explaining the issues we were having said "the manager will call you back" and hung up on me in mid sentence... I am never one to be rude or talk down to people I used a professional and civil tone yet I got treated like I was trash! I want my money back! Ruined my trip and the beds were terrible, I literally woke up over and over, one small pillow and lumpy bed. I literally woke up with back pain! I can't believe how terrible this hotel was!
