Had everything we needed

The spa was too hot couldn’t use. It would be perfect in winter but the weather in summer is very hot so spa needs to be adjusted to suit weather

The location and facilities suited our travel and planned activities near Mildura. All the included entertainment and wifi were a bonus.

Carport access was hindered by neighbours van being unable to fit under thier carport roof. Street parking was used on a late return one night due to this. Bathroom heat lamp was temperamental at times.

The property is a fairly modern townhouse in a suburban area not far from the centre of town. The property is fairly small overall, so manoeuvring a large car into the carport was a challenge. However, the property is comfortable, and it was fun to use the hot tub in the backyard on a cold winter evening.

this was bad from the get go for us; we walked into uncleaned accomodation with prior arrangement of earlier check in, to then also find a plumber needed to attend. whilst they did organise to have this fixed and were apologetic it shouldn’t have happened. upon further inspection once we actually got settled in (hours later) the couches were stained on the seats & the pull out mattress, this made us uncomfortable and hesitant to use the either of them. the yard is full of cobwebs, dirt & random fencing panels as well as overfull bins. The spa was set to 37 deg and unchangeable, meaning it was basically too hot to be used, it also has ‘restricted times’ which I don’t feel is appropriate when booking a property that is private not at a holiday park/resort. This property is definitely in a lower economical area & car port is very tight. There are lots of little things we noticed like doors not closing and cabinets not lining up. We were really hoping to love this accomodation as it is close to family & were hoping to stay again but highly unlikely at $220 a night with all these issues. we did ask if we could have an additional person stay, which was precautionary which was approved - and owner has decided this is a fair reason to say no compensation is going to be provided.

Carport a little small for our vehicle, and the spa wasn't working.

The hot tub was cold, there was no way to make coffee except with nesspresso pods.

This was the perfect place to stay in whilst I was in Mildura for work. It felt like a home away from home. Beautifully renovated and had everything I could have needed.

The touchless flush toilet was a little annoying, but the hosts have already said they will look into fixing / replacing it. The only thing missing from the kitchen was a lemon squeezer / juicer (so, so minor, but they make you say what you didn't like so I had to say something!)

Lovely, stylish, cosy and clean property. The kitchen and bathroom necessities were provided, a nice change from other places I’ve stayed!

Bathroom door got stuck trying to open and the lock was abit dodgie,a actual toilet door would be prefferable.Beautiful property to stay at and great value for money.

very noisy air conditioning unit which does not have a quiet mode and only in the lounge so struggles to move the air around.

Hosts were super helpful. Very comfortable. Very good value. Would book again.

Very well set up - however couldn't find tea towels or kitchen cloth! I appreciate it is great to have a washer/dryer combo - but also would have used a washing line if it was available (Mildura has such good weather for drying seemed like a waste of power). However it was great with a baby in cloth nappies to be able to wash and dry all whilst away - super appreciative!
