Good location is the only positive aspect of the hotel.

1.Unpleasant discovery of urine stains on sheets after staying for three days in the double room. 2. Unusual rule requiring guests to take away their trash upon checkout, with an extra charge if not followed（20euro） 3. Peculiar door system: inserting a key inside prevents the outside key from opening, resulting in an unexpected unlocking fee（40euro） 4. Strong unpleasant smell due to ongoing painting of hotel corridors, impacting the overall guest experience. 5. The sewer in the toilet smells bad 6. The apartment did not have a front desk or any on-site service personnel. We found that many other guests had the same surprised feeling when they first arrived.If you arrive very late，you also need to wait outside of the door until you be charged the deposit.

Everything about apartment is fabulous, just couldn't fault it

Ligging perfect. Goed bereikbaar. Heerlijk dakterras. Om de hoek supermarkt en eet/ontbijt gelegenheid. De nieuwe en de oude stad met de haven 10 min lopen echt centraal.

Douche viel tegen waren met 6 personen en na 3 x was het water koud.

De locatie is super.Bij aankomst was het appartement schoon.

het bed van de bedbank kraakt bij iedere beweging. Er hingen handdoeken bij aankomst maar zijn geen nieuwe handdoeken gekomen tijdens ons 4 daags verblijf. Er is ook geen schoonmaak geweest.

De locatie en het was schoon. Communicatie met verhuurder was top!

Eigenlijk was alles goed, maar denk in de zomer dat een airco geen overbodige luxe zal zijn. Die heb ik niet kunnen ontdekken.

Great location and great size and comfortable for a couple. Facilities were good. Everything that we needed there and also the little extras like toiletries, kitchen cleaning items, toilet rolls and starter coffee pods. Perfect.

If I was being picky I would have liked thicker towels but we managed.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, only 3 minutes walking distance form the C1 metro (that takes you directly to the airport) and to the city center. Close by, there is a small supermarket (Carrefour express) that was really handy. I highly reccommend it!

The keys/lock. The lockis old and It was hard opening the apartment They could have change door keys/ into lock with just keycard or passcode.

Bad smell inside the bathroom, and in the neighborhood. Cheap amenities, tiny closet space, uncomfortable beds, tons of noise.

Elevator stopped working in my second day to until my check out, it troubled me and my family a lot to use staircase for 6 floors. Later, the Soho art given a deduction of some amount so it was fine.

The apartment was perfect, very clean, spacious and very well equipped. Key collection when we arrived was so easy. Apartment is in a great location, very close to the old town (5min walk) and also very close to the port/beach (15min walk).There was a problem with the elevator on one of the days, but Marina kept us updated on when it would be repaired. This isn't a complaint, we had no problem using the stairs! Will definitely stay here again if we return to Malaga, and would thoroughly recommend!

Perfect location. Centre to Malaga and very close to the shopping centre. Was easy to access the hotel with the code provided but just found the name sign outside apartment was small and missed it when walking past. Maybe a larger sign with name would help a lot. C1 train take from airport to the apartment in 15 mins and is only a 3 mins walk from station. Apartment has everything needed from kettle, microwave, toaster, toiletries, just needed to purchase extra shower gel and shampoo as wasn’t enough for a longer stay. Only 1 bath towel provided which is okay as there is a washing machine in the room. Washing tablets might be provided but not sure as box was empty. The host was available on WhatsApp if their was any issue as they was very helpful. Would recommend and will book again!

Very difficult to open the key box, once we got into the building but we got help from other residents.
