Sylvie, our host was really friendly. She has made a home for visitors. She even welcomed me with a much needed beer after a long drive. Breakfast was incredible. All local produce served on a balcony overlooking the main street.

We were lucky that we were tge only guests and had the bathroom and toilet to ourselves.

EVERYTHING! Sylvie was a wonderful host. Her breakfast was fabulous. And the house was very clean and the linen, toiletry, towel were also very clean and well maintained. And it is a very old, historical house in a beautiful, calm neighborhood. She even picked me up when I was done with the meeting at the nearby company. Thank you, Sylvie!

Sites nearby overlooking the St Lawrence were beautiful. Excellent breakfast, including home-made creamed Maple Syrup, and locally produced ham and cheese.

Room was very clean and neat. live sunflowers in vase beside the bed were especially impressive for me.

There was no air conditioner in the room. I felt it was a little bit hot when I was in the room.

We had the "room with queen bed" which is the largest of the three rooms that share a bathroom with toilet. The room is really nice, spacious, nice furniture, well equipped, with fridge, coffee machine, wardrobe. Very good linnen. Room-wise the nicest stay during a 9 days trip around the Golfe du St. Laurent. Very good breakfast with a local touch, home made jam, friendly host. Very quiet at the end of August.

The term "sea view" is a bit euphemistic, one can see the river from a window behind a parking lot at a distance. The single bathroom with toilet can be a bottleneck.

This was a last minute booking for us , and was totally in awe . It was a favorite spot along our journey as the Host was exceptional, you can tell she loves what she does. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The small touches were incredible. Silvie deserves a A++ on everything. We enjoyed the other guests company as well. We certainly were made to feel at home. And the breakfast was unbelievable. The Host took her time to get to know her guests. Helped us with suggestions and booked dinner reservations for us....went above and beyond. A must stop if your looking for a place to stay.

Nothing really ...just wish I knew how to speak French so I could of had better communication with the host. It was on a fairly noisey road during the day, but nothing that would stop me from returning.

Beautifully appointed house and rooms. Breakfast of french toast and fruit was incredible - best ever. Very attentive host shared the history of the village and lined us up for a great dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Sylvie was a wonderful host. And despite the language barrier we managed to have a nice chat. Sleepy little cottage town on the river. The pier was in walking distance. Breakfast was delicious! Rooms are wonderful and clean. Would certainly come back if we ever travel this way again.
