cobwebs and stained carpet in room. bathroom needed updating for sure. under construction with construction men everywhere and dust and noise.

Staff was amazing! Cindy was so kind and accommodating at the front desk, we loved her!! Great stay and we understood they are going through renovations. We will be back 😊

The room was clean but the air conditioner did not work well. we were all extremely hot even though it was March.

Our refrigerator didn’t work and after having a handyman look at it, we were told it would start cool in about 15-20 minutes. Hours later it finally started cooling and we could get our water and food in. The lady organizing the breakfast was too approaching and kept telling stories from her personal life. We felt like we were being watched by her and she kept approaching us and our kids. I mean, a helpful face is always welcomed but this was way too much and we just wanted to eat our breakfast as a family together without having to “entertain” the staff. Also the breakfast itself was really nothing. Happy they at least had a banana.

The view was beautiful, facilities where clean besides the remodeling going on and breakfast was good.

When my husband asked about the on site wifi the staff pretty much laughed in his face cause he couldn't connect his device. Also the a/c in the didn't get cool enough.

The remodel of the hotel was an in convince. My wife was getting asthma attacks due to all the Sheetrock dust from the walls being sanded or fixed. There wasn’t a good effort in the contractors and the staff to clean up there mess.

The staff and location was really great! Smiles and conversation all the way around.

The wall temp gauge didn't work and after maintenance came up to put in batteries the temp stayed cold. Slept throughout the night in a cold room. I could not adjust the temp.

I reserved the room at this hotel thinking we were going to be able to use the hot tub after a very hard weekend at hidden falls adventure park. My wife already had her swim suit on when I went to see how to get to the hot tub....found out it was closed. We were very disappointed that we spent so much on a room just to find out we couldn't use the hot tub.
