Great location with our own private deck/jetty and 2 min walk from the amazing Jolly beach. Comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were amazingly helpful and went out of their way to help us in every way possible

Great location, clean, a few minutes walk to the beach, great spot to explore the island. Easy check in. Kitchen well equipped. Giuliana was very helpful. Was always available if we had any questions.

Liked everything. Only minor thing was missing a tin opener

The people looking after the property (Alex and Giuliana) were delightful. They collected us from the airport and returned us there. They were helpful and lovely. The property however is rather in need of some TLC. The bed on the main room was very comfortable, the shower hot (occasional low pressure, but this is Antigua), the location superb for the Jolly beach Epicurean supermarket.

Unfortunately, there are considerable refurbishment works going on on both sides and opposite, so the dust and noise was constant during the days. The outdoor terrace over the water was not usable, with workmen on both sides. This is not the fault of the owners nor the managers, though I do think we might have been warned. The kitchen facilities were slightly lacking, glasses insufficient for 4 people.

location is perfect- on the water, minutes from Jolly Beach ( our favourite), and a five minute walk to excellent restaurants. simple accommodations, clean and functional.check in was excellent with great info about the area and taxi rates. arranged airport transfer. glad we chose this villa!

bring plug adaptors. several provided didn’t work well.

Was never offered breakfast at any point. I liked the fact that it was close to the beach.

Many things could have been better like a television that actually worked, shower drain that drained. Oven didn’t work, bed in master bdrm was soft and lumpy and no ac on main floor (was awfully hot)

Jolly south beach is something incredible but the patio over the water was a dream and in the morning I almost preferred to relax here than to go to the beach. We requested a later check out than normal and as we had no arrivals on the same day, they let us out at 7pm without asking for any payment. Really nice.

Nice, clean, with a huge patio overlooking the marina with sunbeds and the beach within a 2 minute walk inside the area with 24/7 security.

I would only perfect the sliding of the mosquito net but I see it as an observation not a negative thing.
