The Location was great. Clean bungalow. Quiet area

Booking.com sent an email to the owner saying our visit was canceled despite our email confirmation and payment. We had a difficult time reaching the owner or anyone that could help us. We waited hours before getting ahold of anyone and had to sleep in the parking lot after our 14 hour commute because we couldn't get into the room. The pool was closed due to maintenance so we didn't experience any of the facilities or meet the staff.

Love staying at Ocean Village condos. The resort is well kept, secure, and has great amenities. It is convenient to both Fort Pierce and Jensen Beach.

This was our first trip to Ocean Village affected by noise....loud music from the neighbor below and a yapping dog in condo nearby. This condo needs a refresh and a better cleaning service. And a new mattress for the bed.

the amnesties were lacking. the swimming pool was completely closed for renovation. that’s was not disclosed when I rented the condo.

We received the code to our unit via text and once we reached unit entry was easy. The facility and unit were overall nice. Comfortable furnishings, restaurant fine.

We were disappointed with the instructions to get to our unit. The details were not clear and the gate attendant was not helpful. We had to call our contact who explained information. A map of the facility provided at the gate with the unit circled would have been helpful. There was information regarding the property in the unit. Again, a map would have been helpful, detailing restaurant, recreation office, pools should have been provided. A heads up prior to arrival would have been nice explaining maintenance and repairs which would be ongoing during our stay. The main pool and tiki bar were closed the entire week and the balcony to our unit was under repair every day except Sunday.. We were awakened each morning around 8:30am to a jack-hammer and this carried on most of the day. I experienced a fall on the last stair from our unit which sprained my ankle and wrist. The workers washed down the walkways and stairs but the dust caused by the jack hammer may have caused the stairs to be slippery. We also had palmetto roaches greet us one morning in the dishwasher, not a very welcoming site. This may have been caused by the ongoing repairs outside our unit but this is not an acceptable excuse. The facility overall is very nice and location is great but we will hesitate to book again unless some of these issues can be rectified.

Very nice owners and very attentive. The condo is furnished very well for a beach vacation. I know from experience well furnished to one is not the same to the other. Good bet and nice place to stay. I would stay there again.

This is nothing to the owners, as the place as listed a garden view, but I love to stay right on the beach, with a view. But what you give up here is acceptable, the pure beauty of a natural beach with no cars and a lovely peaceful place. So you have to walk a little father than I would like, but it was well worth the effort. Enjoyed.
