I really do speech Kevin for my wife to get together with her Spanish friends and rejoice and fellowship with the Lord. It was perfect in every way. The ladies enjoyed the place and we're so relaxed. The weather was perfect, the entire visit was just absolutely perfect.

The house is so cute, comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool table was a fun diversion on a stormy night. The owner was quick to respond to my questions leading up to our trip and gave great suggestions. Perfect for a girls weekend.

We had a great stay at this house for the weekend. The house was well-appointed with everything we needed for the weekend. We had plenty of towels, dishes, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Each shower had a dipenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which was a great amenity. The walk to the beach was so close, and we enjoyed the firepit one night. I would highly recommend staying here, and I would definitely stay here again. The beds were all clean and very comfortable. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool table as well. It was a great stay and a great location!!

We had a WONDERFUL stay! The house is very well laid out with everything you would need in the kitchen. The view, proximity to the beach and outdoor entertaining spaces were just perfect. We are all in agreement that we will stay here for every future beach vacation.

Every one of us enjoyed everything about this beautiful home! House had everything we needed from grilling burgers to enjoying our morning coffee and serene views of the beach! The beach was only a few steps away & on ground level the house was nicely decorated with a fire pit area, kids play area, & lots of space to enjoy the day /night! We will definitely be back in the summer! Everyone behind the scenes was extremely helpful, & very kind!! Thanks again for allowing us to make wonderful memories of my son’s 18th birthday!!

We had a great time staying at this cabin. We were able to enjoy the fire pit and liked the close proximity to the beach. Nice neighborhood. The beds are all really comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

This well-maintained home is a short walk from the beach, has a large lawn area, and is well appointed for outdoor living with an outdoor shower, fire pit, bbq grill, play set, and horseshoe pit. Jamie was very responsive from booking to check-out and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. We experienced no hiccups at all.

Great location and perfect weekend house for our group

We stayed over the weekend with a group of friends from college. The house was amazing! It was great weather so we spent the majority of time on the patio and at the beach. You literally just walk a minute from the house to the beach, and you can drive on the beach, which is a big plus. The house was extremely clean, which is a big deal for me, and had room for all 4 couples to spread out. The kitchen table doubles as a pool table, which was fun, and there was a charcoal grille downstairs that we used for burgers and hot dogs. There were speakers that we could Bluetooth that play through the ceiling that helped with the ambiance. I really can't think of a single complaint that I have for the place. I've already texted a coworker who was looking for a place to stay in Bolivar and told him that this is the place to book.

This was the first time I have rented a property rather than staying in a hotel. The house was exactly as described. The host communicated well and made sure I knew all of the ins and outs. Check in and entry to the property was flawless. The house was clean, almost new, well cared for and had some provisions left from earlier guests. Everything was better than I expected. I would stay here again.

My family’s first trip to this area and We absolutely loved the house and host . Had everything that they advertised great location on the quitter end of the beach easy access to and from. I would definitely stay here again.

This house worked out really well for me, my two daughters, their spouses and 4 kids each ranging from 19 to 3. There were 15 total including a couple of friends and there was plenty of room. Easy access to 87 and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The property had plenty space around it for kids to play, the kitchen was well stocked and perfect for cooking, the tvs worked well and the view was great! The host was very helpful as well. I highly recommend renting this house.

When we arrived the house was not clean, the floor was coming up/sinking underneath and the hot water did not work in the kitchen and bathrooms. Contacted owner who only was worried if the shower had hot water. Which it did. She stated she was traveling out of the country and would take care of these for the next guest. Not a care that we did not have any hot water to wash our hands and dishes. She suggested we put a rug in the middle of the walkway to cover up the messed up floor. The cargo lift did not work and the golf cart garage was filthy mold/smelly from the fridge for tiki bar. Grill grate is rested and not useful without grate covers. The towels have stains on them. The washing machine had mold in it. The couches and bar stools have stains all over them. House backs up to main highway. Lots of noise. Once we left we let the owners know again about our experience and they refunded our cleaning fee. She stated she was sorry we had to clean and that she was embarrassed by the conditions of the house. This house was not in rentable shape when we got there and we spent the first night cleaning and purchasing things she said were provided but not. I asked to resolve these issues with the owner she said she could not afford to compensate me and refused to talk with me. Contacted VRBO and they have opened a case. Not worth the money or the head ache. This property has many great things to offer but needs a lot of TLC.

The house and property were close to the beach. The house was spacious and accommodating to 12 of us. The property manager/owner was easy to contact and very helpful. Only down side the cargo lift was broken, we got our exercise carrying our stuff up the stairs.

Same road as the beach. So fun lots of room and space! Awesome hosts and a beautiful house!

We rented the house for a weekend getaway to celebrate my son's birthday and spend a little time together before he went off to college. Our friends were able to join us and this house is perfectly set up for two families with the two king beds and bunk rooms. The kids loved the pool table and the close proximity to the beach... literally a block away. This portion of Crystal Beach is quieter, so we didn't have to worry as much about vehicle traffic. The house was more stocked than any other house we've rented (coffee, seasonings, etc ) and we didn't have to want for anything. Check-in was very easy and communication with the owner was amazing! We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to come back next year!
