Nice home with all amenities . Close to shopping in Boerne. Walked to shops and restaurants. Nice yard.

My friend and I stayed at this perfect little property for a birthday / girls weekend getaway. Exceptionally clean, walking distance to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. Nice bedding and appreciated the extra touches like coffee pods and snacks being available!

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was so clean and cozy. This location was just a short walk to Main Street in Boerne. Would definitely stay here again.

I was less thrilled than the other reviews, but would agree with many of the positives, like: location to Main Street, the kitchen is nice and had some snacks and drinks (which was a nice touch), lots of blankets/pillows available and the covered parking + yard are a plus. In my experience there were also some cons: the beds were not comfortable, the flooring is uneven and made us feel like we had vertigo, the shower was tiny with uneven flooring and overall it was very tight quarters. Last thing I'd say....is our family got stomach bug the day before Thanksgiving and missed the first two nights of a four night stay. I messaged the property about this but got no response. They are at no legal obligation to refund any part of the trip, but I was at least hoping for a conversation. Still a good option with lots of positives but enough cons to just be ok.

This house could not have been more better! It was the perfect place for us and our dog to spend an extended stay in Boerne. Comfortable, cozy and convenient. Charming decor and great setup added to the home away from home feel. Great host- would highly recommend for a quick getaway and a longer stay!

Extremely clean and nice addition of supplies so we didn't have to shop immediately. Perfect location, EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Would have been nice to have detailed TV operating instructions with a channel guide, but no other issues! Perfect location and accommodations. Highly recommend

This place is amazing. Perfect location! Close to restaurants and Main Street yet secluded enough to get away from the hustle and bustle.
