Super clean and comfortable. Huge kitchen and nice modern decor throughout. Easy walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. Only complaint was evening noise from upstairs apartment. A noise machine helped. Would recommend!!

Loved that we could walk everywhere- a huge selection of restaurants nearby & close to Art Museum as well. We parked our cars when we arrived and didn’t move them until we left. Lots of sun and daylight in the apartment. Had the amenities we needed. A great stay.

Clean, easy access, safe neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was great and there weren't any problems with parking. I would recommend adding a can opener to the kitchen. The day bed was extremely comfortable and overall the apartment was adorable. It wasn't a big problem, however it would have been nice to have a tv in atleast one of the bedrooms.

Street parking was easy to find. We loved walking to Benny's pizza for dinner and had brunch options too in the morning. Bedrooms were nice and we had perfect weather to sit out and enjoy the front porch!

What a lovely spot to stay in while visiting family! The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The rooms were comfortable and pretty. Everyone was happy. I would say that the second bedroom comfortably sleeps one person not two. Our other son uncomfortably slept on the couch but they took turns. It is a cute couch but not a sleep couch. Bring your own Keurig coffee pods as they don’t stock much in the way of supplies here. That said it was a 10 min walk to great brunch spots and Shindigz for dessert.

Great weekend with family to celebrate graduation. Quaint and lovely neighborhood. We totally enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent for us, as daughter has an apartment a few blocks away. Extremely convenient for the local cafes and markets. About a one mile walk down to VCU. Quiet street. Did have noise from a fight at a party a few doors down, around 2 am. Upstairs neighbor in our same unit was playing music at 3 am. We had to knock on the door. No answer, but the music was turned off. Ceiling is kind of thin.

Great vacation rental. Location was awesome. We never had much trouble finding street parking. Like other guests have mentioned, be prepared to buy some extra supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, dishwasher and laundry determent, garbage sacks, etc.). We would stay there again.

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Exactly as advertised. Parking was not an issue at all. The only issue we had was it’s not very well insulated from noise and neighbors and others were up all hours of the night.

Overall a quaint spot to experience the wonderful Fan District. Walking distance to everything you could want. Parking was available out front without issue. Only issue is if listing states it sleeps 4, 4 towels would have been appropriate. Second bed is a bit small, but we made it work for us. No real complaints!

Easy location with lots of walkable restaurants and shopping in Carytown. Good communication before the arrival and check in and check out went as planned. Only wish was that it had been cleaner - had to do more of that than I would have liked when we arrived

Stayed for the weekend with a friend. The place was clean and comfortable. The only negative was there was no top sheet on one of the beds and there were no toiletries with the exception of hand soap. There were a few k cups and a keurig which was nice. I would rent again because it as clean and walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

The listing is pretty accurate and it was a nice stay for my partner myself and our dog. A few things that could be improved: 1) The bed was extremely unsupportive and saggy. 2) I know the listing did mention not having extra toiletries, but I was hoping for at least enough toilet paper to get through the stay (there was only 1 roll). No samples of shampoo or conditioner either. 3) When you are checking in, expect to get an email from "LoveRentals" and not VRBO or a message from the VRBO app. This was a bit confusing at first and we had trouble locating the check in directions. 4) The door to the bedroom/into the bathroom makes a VERY spooky creaky sound. When you open the door it slowly closes on it's own and creeks for a full 45 seconds if you don't close it on your own. Something straight out of a horror film. Otherwise, it was a good location and a decent value. Definitely a no frills stay.

Property was lovely. Decor is fun & place was clean. As promised in the listing, there are no spices or extra supplies. A little annoying to run out of TP in a 2 day stay. A few more supplies in kitchen would also be great. Thanks for sharing the space!

My partner and I had a nice stay at the property. The location was great, parking was no issue most days, and the property itself was clean and met all our needs.

This location and size was just right for us! We did not spend a lot of time at the property because we were there to see family that lived about 5 min away. However, the apt was clean and pretty well appointed. I have 2 suggestions for the owners: 1. Better water pressure. Not sure they can do anything about the water pressure, but it wasn't great. 2. Provide more blankets. The extreme cold was an anomaly, so maybe I'm wrong, but we had to buy blankets.

This property was awesome and it was in the best location in Richmond . We had a great time walking around Carytown and then watching TV at night with all the channels.

Very easy check in. When we had a question there was a prompt email Full Size bed is a bit soft. Good for me so my husband slept on the futon. That was perfect

Lovely, lovely little apartment! Everything you need, little extras to fill idle moments, well worth the price point which is all that really matters. Beds are comfortable but not plush, off street parking but we found a spot, comfortable walking neighborhood. There was one glitch which I will not list, but keep in mind this is a ground floor apartment. The owner is fantastic- great communication, and the apartment was spotless. Not a crumb or hair or bit of dust! Lots of towels, plenty of pillows. This was the perfect overnight stay for a one-stop on a road trip. We'd rent again!

Perfect location for the part of Richmond we were looking for! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Nice neighborhood. Walking distance to many places. Only downside was that there was no coffee pods for the keurig or reusable filter for it and not enough papertowels (on the last end of a roll). Luckily there were many coffee shops within walking distance!

I was excited to find a 2BR rental in The Fan which was perfect for the three of us. However, the property management company ignored my concerns. What was billed as the second bedroom only had sheer curtains over the window, no privacy (we made do by hanging up a blanket). Only two bath towels were provided though I made a reservation for 3. And the sheets on the double bed were stained. The apartment is cute, and we would like to return, but improvements need to be made, especially when it comes to customer service.
