Great house and good values

We would have loved to spend more time here. It was quiet, clean, spacious and the kids had a great time in the back yard.

We enjoyed this home and thought it was one of the best short-term rentals we've stayed at on the Oregon coast. It would easily fit a couple (master with a queen) with two children, or two other guests (2nd room has 2 twins).

We had a great stay and loved the house. Very clean and had plenty of things we needed to cook with. We loved the views from the porch. It’s a lovely area

I've stayed in several beautiful vacation homes only to be disappointed by the squeaky, lumpy beds. But the bed in this master bedroom is so comfortable that I fell asleep instantly and awoke briefly disoriented but very well rested.

Easy check in and out! Well stocked kitchen! Very comfortable beds for 4 people (sofa sleeper needs updating). Lots of games/toys! Good Wi-Fi and streaming! Quiet, convenient location close to the water!

First time renting in this area. Home was very clean, furniture and decor better than most other short term rentals that we’ve tried, kitchen was supplied above average as well. Great escape from the bigger tourist town on the North Coast.

Everything was nice. Smelled a little bit of cigar but bought an air freshener and was all better. Nice home nice stay!!!

This was a great property for a business trip I was on. My partner and pups came with me and we’re all very comfortable in the home.

Overall experience was good. The house was as advertised. The Media Center needs some work or an upgrade. There were multiple remotes but not the one pictured in the media instructions. There were plenty of streaming options but they all required a password. If you didn’t have a password or weren’t the account holder you got no access. It would have been better to have a accessible password on site. Garage parking is too tight for a suburban and the street is narrow. Not a great street parking if you have a boat: Other then these two inconveniences it was a positive experience. It would be a great place for a couple with kids to stay.

My family really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I stayed with our 3 children and our dog. House was very clean when we arrived. Location was great and was a quick drive into Tillamook. The house had a nice backyard and it was great having a fully fenced yard for our dog. Kids enjoyed the movies and games that were at the house. This was a great home away from home for our family vacation.

First drawer I opened in the kitchen was empty of kitchen items because there was mouse pellets and a lot of mouse droppings! Under the sink as well! Then to top it off we were scheduled to check out on Monday and on Sunday we were locked out saying we missed our check out? Crazy! It took over an hour for them to fix the issue and allow us in the house. What happened I am assuming is when I called to get an extra night at the beginning of my trip- they shifted everything and the computer showed a Sunday check out- but regardless that was not acceptable.

This is a really nice property located close to the beautiful beach in Netarts. Lots of activities nearby: hiking, kayaking, and beach walking. The house is spacious and modern and is well appointed. We came with our dog and she approved of the backyard. However, we had an issue with this rental. It had not been cleaned when we arrived. Bedding was still present from the previous renters. We had been told that we were cleared for early checkin at noon, but didn't arrive until the normal 4 pm checkin. After calling the property manager, we were told that a house cleaner was not available that day. They did, however, provide us with new linens and towels. The following day, after contacting the property manager first thing in the morning about the status of cleaning, the house did not actually get cleaned until about 1:30 pm. To their credit, we were not charged our regular cleaning fee. We hope that this was a one-time glitch, because this is, otherwise, a fine rental.

Our family enjoyed a great weekend away in a house that provided all the basics we needed to cook our own meals and allowed two little boys to enjoy themselves inside and outside.
