Such a cool place on the 3rd floor with the elevated courtyard and the observation deck in the other building. The unit was the perfect size for my husband and me and we walked to everything! Highly recommend!

We loved the location of this property and enjoyed the fact that most things are walking distance! However, there are a few things that you should know before renting. First, the TVs in the condo do not have local channels so if you are into sports, you won't be able to watch any games. Second, there is no hair dryer and if you are staying longer than a day or two, you will need to purchase your own paper products as they only provide starter supplies (which we found out after we had already been to the store and ran out of TP). Also the king bed is very comfy but the couch/couch bed is not (and is also badly stained). Many of the linens are also stained and could use replacement. The plumbing is also very loud. Some of the light switches don't work well and the TV remote has a broken back button. Very important.... there is NO A/C in this unit, which we didnt realize until we checked in. Luckily it was cool out while we were here and we could open the windows, otherwise we would have been pretty uncomfortable. Lastly, I thought the check in process was very weird as we were asked to do a criminal background a few days before we came. Overall, we enjoyed the location of this property and it was great to have free parking but for the price we paid, we would probably prefer staying in a hotel next time.

Belltown is centrally located to ballpark, Pike St Market, Space Needle, downtown and restaurants. Lots of homeless in the area but they mostly keep to themselves. Bldg security is very good.

This was a nice condo in a great location, where you can walk to the space needle and also to pike market. All the amenities were there, except for a hair dryer. There is no air conditioning and it got quite hot the last day we were there, though there is a shady little patio with a cool breeze and fans were turned on. My biggest problem was all the emails and instructions and requests that were needed a few days before we arrived. Including personal information that was demanded the day before for a “criminal background check.“ It sounded and looked like SPAM. Other than that, a nice stay.

Condo was safe, great location. Cleanliness was not ideal. We had several stained pillows (which were replaced the next day), pillow cases and towels. The shade above sliding door looks like it had never been cleaned, dirty couch cover, and dust end tables. Lower cupboards needed to be wiped down. Umbrella on patio was broke and cushions old and stained. Great place but needs be cleaned better and some things replaced!!!

This condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Would be 5 stars if the property management was easier to deal with. In short - great place to stay in the city but will not use this property manager again.

Nice property, good location. But bad communication from Vacasa which demanded personal information for a “criminal background check” just hours before arrival.

If you like walking this is the place for you. Nice walks to Pikes Market, the Space Needle and we even walked to the Ball Game. If not Gran a scooter or e-bike. They are everywhere.

There is enough storage space for everything, in both the bedroom and the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and it's easy to do a full meal. The is a well-appointed bath big enough for two to share the space.The location makes it very simple to get around and would make a great base for a longer stay. This is definitely at the top of our list for our next visit.

There were many loose bricks piled on the patio which I assume were going to be used to fill in the missing bricks on the patio. We stayed for 5 nights and brought food and luggage for that time and our continued trip beyond. Excellent location and communication with rental property. Have stayed in this building before, different management. For the rental fee, I expected the place to be cleaner and less worn in. The condition of the furniture, walls, bathroom were very poor and do not match the photos. I called the management to notify the bathroom was dirty and the shower head rusty, they sent someone over the next day. There are many other units in the building, I won’t stay here again.
