The location was two blocks from where our relatives live. The train station wasn't that far of a walk, through a dynamic and friendly neighborhood. The rooftop offered a stunning view of Seattle & the Space Needle, particularly during sunset. The bed was so comfortable I don't remember anything after I lay down at night. The complex was quieter than I would have expected, and the permanent residents were friendly.

This place was as advertised and very clean. Great location and easy walking distance to the center of Capitol Hill as well as Volunteer Park. Only thing I'll note is that it is quite small with not a ton of natural light, and it feels like more of a place to crash than to hang out, especially with 2+ people. However, that didn't impact my number of stars.

Nicely decorated modern condo. Washer-dryer in unit was a plus. It's a short walk to retail/eateries on Broadway or 15th Av E. Being an inside unit, it was very quiet at night, no road noise. However, the only windows look out on an interior courtyard several stories tall so it doesn't get much natural light. Checkin and communication were all easy and smooth.

Lovely spot, we needed something close to where my husband was having surgery, this was perfect for our needs, we were able to walk and find a lovely place to eat our first night which was great! Lots of choices and things to do close by. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the trouble we had with the door, both opening it and locking up when we needed to leave. And because of extra costs it wasn't anywhere near $49/night.....so that was a bummer but we booked anyway because of the location.

This apartment was well located and very easy to walk to Capital Hill and the restaurants along 19th Street. The views from the roof top deck are amazing. A couple of minor things to note...1) the "Amenities" list indicates "air-conditioning" but the "Full Description" clearly states "no air-conditioning". We did not catch the "no air-conditioning" detail but in the end, the weather was such that not having air-conditioning was not an issue, and 2) this unit opens onto an inner courtyard so, no city views out the windows (not a big deal, just to let future viewers know so no surprises. Having said that, this apartment was very clean and well provisioned...it worked out very well for our purposes.

Great stay! Fun spot in a great location. Check in and check out was super easy. Walls were a bit thin and the upstairs neighbors walked around pretty loudly, but not a major problem. Overall a good stay and awesome location. Would stay here again.
