Great Host and Crew! Thank you for your efficiency. We were there on business so it really was important to have great communication. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We had a few hard days on the road dealing with ice storms, so Shawn’s place in Cali was the perfect way to unwind. We made breakfast using the grill outside and spent the day lounging by the pool drinking mimosas. The house is well equipped for more than 5 people and would be a great place for a family to stay! The neighborhood is lush and quiet and near a lot of great stuff. Highly recommend!

The property was in a quiet neighborhood. Having an enclosed garage with remote control was nice. The house had everything you would need for cooking. Bathrooms had a lot of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap and extra towels. The large bowl of keurig pods for the coffee maker was an added special touch.
The pool in the yard was nice with seating areas and a fire pit. We never used the pool or the seating area (it was in the low 50's). If it was warmer we would spend all of our free time in the inviting back yard.
Shawn made things easy. He checked on us frequency to ask if we needed anything (we didn't). We would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. Shawn was a terrific host, making sure we had what we needed and were comfortable. The check-in process was easy and efficient. The property is clean, spacious and well appointed. The backyard is a really nice place to relax and enjoy the California sunshine. Shopping is close by and the location is close to major LA freeways. We had a great stay!

Well kept home on a quiet street. Grocery store within walking distance. Beautiful yard and pool, fire pit was well used ! Would recommend this home, but not in October...we will probably be renting it again ...LOL

Really loved this roomy spot, all the stuff you want in a great location. Shawn and his team were in constant contact for anything needed or advice. One of the things that can be annoying with rental properties are extraneous rules and procedures, but this had none of that, easy check in and check out, his team takes care of the rest. The pool is great but even better for my family was the gorgeous, spacious backyard with lovely pomegranate and lime trees. We had a wide range in ages in our group and everyone wanted to come back to the same spot soon!

We had a good stay despite a few issues. Shawn's team is super nice and super responsive and taking care of any requests very promptly. For us, the major issue was the location. The main purpose of our trip was to welcome our first grandson to the world and we literally spent more time stuck in traffic than seeing him. Every drive that was supposed to be 30 minutes with no traffic ended up being hour and a half in average. The 405 was a nightmare!! That is really NOT the host's fault but I would personally not call this location "central". But again, great host and great property! Really enjoyed the pool and how private the backyard is!

The pictures online didnt really match with what we walked into. The host was great but we didnt really feel like the place matched. As soon as we walked in the place smelled like pee and everything was alot older than the pictures made it look. It met our needs for a place to stay. The neighborhood was ok and the location was good for shopping and food which was like a couple miles away. All in all it was just ok and i definitely wouldnt go back

Very happy with our choice, especially since we were canceled but another host. I reached out to Shawn and he responded quickly. Being a holiday weekend, I was kinda worried. But.in the end, this became the better choice! Thank you so much! The only thing I would suggest is maybe an additional parking pass.

The home was very clean and comfortable and it’s an a awesome area. The management respond quick to any problems you have. They also bought us donuts at check out. I would definitely restay there again.

The Checkin process was smooth sailing and we entered the home with zero issues. One bedroom and bath were spread out away from the others, giving mom and dad the privacy they needed from our four kiddos. We swam happily in the pool and enjoyed being able to make ourselves at home watching tv, cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen, and doing our laundry. Thanks so much from all six of us!!

This house offered plenty of space for our group of four. The neighborhood was quiet and beds were comfortable. The rest of the furniture not so much, particularly the dining room table. The heating system and sprinkler system are both kinda loud. Still a good stay. The host was very responsive.

Nice time staying at this property with family. There was slight mix up with check in but host did well to resolve and outside of this the place is beautiful and well located. I will definitely stay again if I could next time I am in. town. Thanks for a lovely experience

Me and my family were in LA for funeral services and a Memorial. We couldn't have asked for a better place for the family to get together. Very clean, great location and just all around comfortable. Thank you for giving us a very comfortable and nice place to stay during this hard time.

This house was perfect for my family!! It is very spacious and well divided. My family of 6 enjoyed it very much! The pool was great! Just beware the pool has a very deep end. We are all swimmers so it wasn't an issue. We were provided with plenty of towels, plenty of toiletries. There is a TV in each room with Netflix included. Kitchen was fully equipped to make full meals. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. All major attractions we visited during our stay were 20mins-45mins depending on traffic. We would def. consider it again if we ever come back in the future.

My experience during the past 8 days staying was spectacular as we were given multiple access to many opportunities within the house that further enhanced the comfortably within our stay. Having a great sized pool as well as comfortable sitting areas throughout the house, hope to come here again in the future!
