This is the third property I’ve rented in. Ass Lake and my favorite by far. It’s very roomy for a bigger group. The kitchen is fantastic! Very well stocked with all the gadgets you could need. The jacuzzi is perfect! The only things I would change is the couches and carpet. They are old and look worn, but being a mountain rental that will get dirty fast, I get it.

Very nice cabin! All the necessities. Our family had a great time. Could use new couches other than that very clean and spacious cabin.

We had a great time! The one thing that bummed us out was that we couldn’t use the fire pit but it was due to fire safety regulations I believe for the city of county “no burn” we had an issue with the cable box in the living but the reality company came super fast and helped as best as they could. The house is beautiful but the couch could use some updating as it feels like your sitting on a spring in some areas but we honestly didn’t spend much time sitting on it. We were outside mostly and we really enjoyed the spa. It’s located just a couple blocks up from the lake and 5 mins downtown. The house did have a couple areas it could have used more cleaning a few cobwebs we had to clean but it is the mountains so...my only other thing that I wish they had was more blankets & supplied coffee (kcup) or packets ANYTHING! I’m a coffee girl and we had to go to the store. I’m not sure if they didn’t have extra blankets or coffee because it was a COVID-19 thing or not but not one extra blanket. Each bed did have a sheet and 1 blanket and 1 comforter. The house had lots of extra towels though which we needed. We had a great time. Thanks for a please at stay!

The house was perfect for a family of 6! We loved the hot tub and bbq area. Beautiful setting!

We totally enjoyed this home and feel blessed to have had the opportunity to rent it for are vacation everything went very smoothly. And hope to have the opportunity to rent it again in the future. I just want to thank the owners and the property management for everything.

bathroom by spare bedroom, no hot water, bathroom by bunk beds - shower drain doesn't work. The outside area is FABULOUS but there is NO lighting. You need to put up some outdoor lights so guests can enjoy the space.

The only issues we had was one of the hallway lights wasn't work (near the room with the bunk beds) and the water pressure in that bathroom sink nearby was awful. I gave the management company 1 star because we called and left a message with their answering service because we got locked out of a room and nobody ever called back. Thankfully we were able to open the outside door and resolved the issue on our own. Also the instructions left by the owners on the fridge and the ones provided by the management company regarding trash removal was very confusing. It seemed like the management company wanted us to load the trash into our car and put it in their dumpster. I don't want trash in my car. The owners note said just put in in the cans outside.

As usual, the kitchen was a gathering point and the large, beautiful wood table was a huge hit for eating and playing games. We loved the outdoor space with the two levels, spa, shaded picnic table and hammock. We will hopefully visit again during the winter season!

When I asked for additional 30 min for checkout because hot water wasn't coming in bathrooms, I was told that additional charge $75 will have to be paid which was kind of un professional.

Very close to the lake and village. The only negative aspect of this home was the lighting inside. Specifically, it needed a light above the sink area in the kitchen and also more separate seating in the living room with lighting for reading apart from the sofas which were good for watching TV. Kitchen floor needed a good scrubbing, but otherwise it was clean.

The house is spacious with plenty of room for our family. The hot tub is fantastic feature for our family with 4 small children.

I was not 100% clear that the 3rd bedroom and bath was totally separate, with separate entrance, but it worked out OK. The house is generally updated and was very clean. It is a good size and the AC was wonderful (although stopped working for one day, but mgmt company quickly came through with fans). The main issue was a major ant infestation that made it very very stressful to cook in the kitchen. You had to cover things as you go while cooking...and they would get into everything! I hope the owners have taken are of that problem...a few bugs are expected in the woodsy areas of course, but this was a major infestation which we noticed upon arrival. Get rid of that - and this place is really wonderful.

The first woman i talked to was professional, the way you would expect a vacation rental office to be. The second woman I spoke to was extremely rude, way over the top. I wouldn't be surprised if she no longer works there. I don't remember her name, but, I'm sure the office would know who it is. While there ,everyone in the office were professional and helpful. The house was great, the only complaint was the condition of the beds, all were in poor condition and uncomfortable. Unless, the beds were changed I would not recommend this property.

It had everything we needed to cook and grill and well stocked for fires in the outdoor pit or in the indoor fireplace. Our family kept entertained with the included board games, books, wireless internet, and hot tub outside. The pictures do not show the close proximity to the neighbors, but the neighborhood was very quiet when we were there in early April. I would definitely recommend this house and would return again.

Have been coming up for 25 yrs. Cabin was very clean and roomy. Very well maintained. Only problem was the washer was not working and I have a feeling the rental co. new this because we weren't able to check in until 3:30, we were waiting for laundry to be done. We had a 20month old a a 4 yr old. We ended up doing laundry in the bath tub and drying in the dryer. Century 21 offered their washer but very inconvenient. Loved the fire pit, did s'mores. Parking a litle tight. Walk to town a little long for groceries and ice. Would definitely rent again.

The owner did a wonderful job with this cabin. The hot tub was nice to come home too after a long day of playing on the water. The hammock was also a delightful place to take a nap.
