What a joy it was for my wife and I to stay at this site. Everything was just top-notch. Christy was a wonderful host. There was a plumbing problem our second day, but she was right on it and had it taken care of. It was just such a joy for us to stay there. And Port Orford, itself, was ideal for us. Non-touristy, quiet, but with plenty of things for us to do. We couldn't have asked for more!

The place was really clean and the furniture super comfortable. The host was kind and friendly when we chatted with her and she left some special things for my bday which was so sweet. Love little Port Orford. Love this rental.

This home was a great home base for my South Coast beach adventures. Modern, clean, and well-outfitted with all the necessities and comforts you need. Comfortable bed, nice lounging couch, big TV, nice kitchen, and covered entryway for all your gear. I hope to come back next year!

Our stay was perfect! This little place was ideal for us to share, everything was very clean and the bed is wonderful! Usually, my biggest complaints are about a bed. This bed is extremely cozy and had nice pillows. Thank you so much for letting us stay here.

I travel a bunch and always use VRBO so I have had all kinds of places to stay. This was one of my favorites. The check in process was EASY! The place is not missing anything. Full kitchen was great as I used it to cook my meals. The touches from the owner are perfect-- fuzzy blankets, a warm fireplace and snacks. The fireplace was on and warm when I walked in and a great bottle of wine awaited me. Couldn't get any better! I was working at the Port down the street, so I could have even walked there. Washer and dryer was a great feature, even had soap to use. Bed was comfy and shower was great. Not a bad thing to say. The icing on the cake is that it is not a VACASA home so the experience couldn't be better.

This is a small rental, but perfectly sized for two people. It was very clean, the decor was tasteful, and it was well equipped with just what we needed. The wine and snacks that awaited us were a nice touch. The location was great for exploring the town and area. One small quibble, and maybe this is a generational thing, we were disappointed that the tv service was limited to streaming apps. Perhaps this should be noted in the property description.

Christy was an amazing host. Her communication was super, the place was spotless, and her extra special touches were so thoughtful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our staying and will most definitely return if back in the area. Great location, exactly as described if not even better, and check in was so easy.

This was by far the best place we've stayed in Port Orford, and we've been vacationing here for 10 yrs, staying in every other motel around the area. We will DEFINITELY stay at Christy's place from now on!!

This is now our favorite vacation rental in Port Orford. Great location. Very clean & comfortable. Christy is a dedicated host & adds special touches with snacks & wine. The kitchen is set up with everything you could possibly want. I love how spacious and uncluttered this rental is. Thank you!!!

Check-in was super easy, and the place was spotless! It was a comfortable place to relax after long hikes and perfectly situated to walk to restaurants and shops in town. Directions were easy to follow for check out, and they provided a binder of local recommendations! Next time we are in town to visit family again, we will definitely be staying here.

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful place. It has everything you need to be comfortable for the week. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. The hosts even left us snacks for our stay. Christy was very quick to respond to my messages. She was a pleasure to work with. When the ice maker wasn’t working she went out of her easy to bring us a bag of ice. We will definitely be back again next year. We love this house and the town of Port Orford. Thank you Christy for making our stay so wonderful. We look forward to seeing you next year.

I could not have been happier with this rental. We stayed 6 nights and there was everything we needed. The duplex unit is quiet and spotless. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you could want to prepare a meal.

The perfect cottage for a couple. Very clean and Completely remodeled with an updated and well stocked kitchen to cook your seafood dishes. Location is good for exploring south to Brookings and North to Bandon. Lakes to kayak, fish or swim and beach is only 3 walking blocks away. Many cute eateries in Port Orford if you’d rather eat out. Our host Christy was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this cottage in Port Orford. It’s a beautiful part of the Oregon coast.

The rental looks exactly as in the pictures. It was extra clean and bright with 1st class everything! The king-size bed is very comfortable; we didn't "cook" anything, but the kitchen is supplied with the usual pots and pans, slow cooker, etc.- everything you might want to use. It's close to everything in town but was very quiet - the birds serenaded us every morning. It was special occasion for us and Christy was a very gracious host. We will definitely consider staying there again!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. This cozy place was clean clean clean and very tastefully decorated. Well stocked kitchen with new appliances and dishes. Many thoughtful extra touches and “easy peasy” check in and out. We will definitely stay again!..

This was a clean and comfortable spot for us to stay a night on our way down the PCH. We also took an opportunity to go to close by Agate beach and learned how to search for Agates from a local on the beach. This was a really nice place to stay and we would come back in the future.

I have stayed in many rentals over the years. I generally anticipate at least a slight let down when you arrive. Generally, something is not as described, or not so clean, or ridiculously priced for what it is… etc. This rental and the entire experience was absolutely spot on. Thank you so much for doing honest and responsible business!

I wanted to get away for a weekend at the Oregon Coast by myself. This was perfect for one person. Very updated and clean, lots of personal touches. Very comfortable and so many details with the traveler in mind. I look forward to going back sometime.

We spent the week traveling down the Oregon coast and stayed in 3 vacation rentals. This property was the best by far. Everything is so well thought out from the furnishings, kitchen supplies, bedding, etc. Everything we could need was there and some things we would have neve thought of. If you are planning a trip to southern Oregon, I would highly recommend booking this home. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was lovely and well stocked. New appliances. Huge island. White and bright. Nice couch and tv area.
Large bedroom with king size bed. Nice bathroom. Even a hairdryer. Nice fluffy towels.
Super convenient place to stay. Easy walk to the beach. Nice walk up the hill to the Coast Guard Museum and trail to the headland with an awesome view. Short drive to the agate beach. Fun to hunt for them.
We really were very happy here for the week. Our hostess left us a bottle of wine and some fruit and goodies to eat. A pleasant surprise.
