Tee Time provided our family a wonderful place to celebrate the memory of our uncle at one of his favorite places. There are plenty of outdoor places to gather or spread out. The owners make it very welcoming and provide a very well equipped kitchen. The walk to the beach was an easy stroll. When we were there, it was very quiet which we enjoyed. We will rent from them again.

Enjoyed our stay at Tee Time. Appreciated being able to bring our small dog with us on vacation. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9am and after 6pm (Summer). Quiet location with limited vehicle traffic. Quick walk to the beach and to the shops. House was perfect for family of 4. We enjoyed having multiple outdoor spaces, especially under the house, out of the sun with a swing. House was clean, kitchen had plenty of cutlery/dishes/cookware. Although we didn’t use - there were plenty of beach towels/beach toys/chairs/umbrellas provided. Food Lion was located within a few miles as well as CVS/Walgreens.

We decided to take a last minute trip to Sunset with our teenage daughters and were lucky to find availability mid-week at Tee Time. The house was adorable, spotless, and very well appointed - they had EVERYTHING that one could possibly need. There are so many outdoor areas to hang out at the house: two screened porches, multiple open air porches, and a variety of seating options under the house (including a couch where I enjoyed an early evening nap:). The hosts called to welcome us as soon as they accepted our booking. They wanted to notify us that they had linens, beach towels and chairs that were available to use so we didn't have to pack all of those things. The house is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a wonderful trip. Thanks CC & George, Buddy & Lynn. Can't wait for our next visit!

We go to Sunset Beach because there is not much there. It's peaceful. This property is a short walk to the beach, with a straight shot to the 4th Street beach access. It's far enough away from the Pier so your spot on the beach is not bunched up with everyone from the public parking lot. It's also probably the best equipped rental property we've stayed at. It has everything you need.

The house was beautiful and has EVERYTHING that you’ll need for a family vacation. The host contacted me as soon as we were confirmed to let me know everything that they had to avoid us overpacking. They were quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. I would highly advise any families with or without pets to book them asap. It’s a beautiful location and within walking distance to the beach.

Wonderful long weekend with adult kids. Tee time has an open living/dining/kitchen area for the group, three patios (two screened) for smaller gatherings, and a large area below. Easy walk to beach and convenient to shopping. Updates and decor are nicely done and functional. Owners are responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to visiting again!

My husband and I spent a week in the home with our dog, Ruby. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It has everything you need and then some. We really appreciated the care taken to be sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our vacation. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus. The beach is a short walk down the street and boardwalk and is beautiful. We found that sunset was our favorite time to be there. Just amazing! CC and George were so responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns and went above and beyond to be sure everything was perfect. We enjoyed meeting you both. Thank you for sharing your home! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay Tee time. CC was very responsive, the house was beautiful and comfortable and the location is perfect. We were disappointed to find there was not a coffee maker beyond a Keurig, but were otherwise very pleased with the house, the island, and the vacation. We look forward to coming back next year.

First time at Sunset. Loved the beach. Loved the house. Weather was outrageously hot so it was nice to have a great place to kick back and relax. Everything was just as promised. Communication was outstanding. Home was very well appointed. Loved it!

The property was very well appointed and clean. Perfect for our pups. We are used to being oceanfront so I thought the walk was too far with dogs and stuff. That was my only disappointment. Great great property.

Such a wonderful week away for our family and fur baby. CC was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Just a short walk to the beach and enjoyed beautiful weather, sunrises, sunsets, bike rides, and long walks. Was very comfortable for our family of six and would definitely come back. We brought a lot of our own stuff but linens, towels, beach towels, toys, coloring books, beach chairs and cart were all already there and in great condition. Would bring less next time! Everyone was sad to leave! Definitely a visit again and thank you for such a great spring break week!

Excellent house with very close access to the beach (right at the end of the street!). Screened porches were great to have! House was clean and just as advertised. Master bathroom shower was amazing!!! Communication with the owner was top notch - always very quick to reply if I had any questions. Would definitely rent again! The hosts were kind, considerate, and attentive. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well-appointed, lots of cookware, appliances, and utensils available. The seating areas outside (under the house and on porches) were very nice and comfortable. Lots of beach equipment available as well. We felt cared for; highly recommending this listing.

The home is extremely clean, comfortable, very well-stocked and a perfect location for easy beach access; a very, very short walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets! It was so nice to pack our bags and not have to include bed linens, bath towels, beach towels and other stuff, all were provided and very nice.
The house was very clean, kitchen full of everything we needed (except a chef to cook our meals)!
CC responded very quickly to any of our questions or concerns...we had some issues with turning on the TV BUT
all was taken care of immediately.
Highly recommend this house as a great place to spend some time at the beach.

Loved the location, close to the pier but far enough away to avoid a lot of the crowds. The porches are wonderful, a nice retreat where we also we ate all our meals, played cards, and sipped our morning coffee. Kitchen is well stocked, (GREAT blender) and beds were very comfortable. Make sure you visit the Kindered Spirit Mailbox, a bit of a walk, but totally worth it!

The house is very well appointed with all things you need for your stay from the kitchen to the bedrooms. My family especially liked the downstairs refrigerator for extra items, the extra beach towels, the bicycles, the two screened-in porches. The owner likes to stay in touch which in the long run is a good thing. The house was very clean, a big deal if you have rented lots of houses. It is apparent the owner cares about the property and wants their guests to enjoy their stay. Highly recommend this property for your Sunset Beach stay.

Amazing place to stay!!!!
This was a wonderful place to stay. There was a lot of room for everything. You could sit outside on the porches or under the house on the couches. Setup was super nice. Very good place for gatherings. They also had everything u needed there. You didn’t have to bring nothing but your clothes. We have stayed at other houses on the island but this one was the best so far. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back next year.

Absolutely loved this place, would definitely stay again! Loved how the house is laid out. Was worried with the square footage it would be small, but the house flows perfectly. Ton of room downstairs too, outdoor area is fully furnished.

Family Vacation
4 adults and 3 teenagers had plenty of room in this charming beach home. Close to the beach and provided everything we needed. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cart etc. The owner was in constant communication and readily available. She contacted us on day of arrival to notify there was a problem with the AC. She had 3 window units installed on Saturday and the repairs completed on Monday. Not many owners go above and beyond. Would recommend Tee Time to everyone.

Amazing vacation and experience!!!
This was our first time with VRBO and staying at Sunset Beach. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. The home and yes this is a home not just a rental house - the home has everything you could possibly need for vacation. A fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds, linens and towels. Beautifully decorated. A short walk to the beach. The owner provided great communication from the start - very efficient and responsive to any and all questions. Would book Tee Time again when visiting Sunset Beach.

Fabulous Experience!!
CC and George were some of the nicest, most accommodating hosts we’ve ever had!! Their place is so beautiful and welcoming!! We loved all of the seating and gathering areas outdoors! I still can’t get over how incredibly well stocked the kitchen was. Litterallt better than my own kitchen! We will surely be back!!
