Came down for a long weekend over Easter and the start of Spring break. Enjoyed our stay everything was very clean and nice and location was great and good access to the beach.

The property was just perfect for our birthday celebration with my mother. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. The sunset was amazing. The property was very nicely decorated and clean. We just loved the coffee bar every morning. We are looking forward to staying again in the future. Thank you for sharing such an amazing place with us.

This was our second time staying at this lovely condo! We took my 80 yr old parents for a nice relaxing week to sit on the beach and enjoy! Very easy access and short walk right to the beach. We sat on the deck in the morning sipping our coffee and watching the ocean waves roll in. We are very happy with the location and amenities. This property is well kept, clean with quality touches…from the patio chairs and tables to the kitchen supplies, to the bedding/ comfortable mattresses and beach chairs and umbrellas. It is obvious the owners like quality and comfort.

We had the best time! The unit was spotless and clean. Had everything we needed. The weather was perfect and planning our trip for next year!

This condo has everything you need - super comfy bedding, oceanfront view, short walk to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, tons beach gear in the storage closet, up to date technology. Our family of 4 had such a lovely time last year that we came back for our 2023 trip!

Our first family vacation in Ocean Isle Beach was made even better thanks to Rick and Stephani's incredibly hospitable condo. Cleanliness is crucial for us (due to some bad past experiences), and the immediate impression was "wow!" You can tell they consider this place home because it feels that way as soon as you step in. The condo is well-stocked with all the kitchen necessities: clean pots and pans, plates and utensils, as well as kids' cups and plates. The coffee bar is also well-stocked with mugs, coffee, and pods. Speaking of kids, they have a wide selection of board games and toys for all ages, along with various streaming TV options. The storage unit contains umbrellas (fairly new, as we accidentally broke two—sorry about that), beach chairs, beach toys, and a grill. The owners were highly responsive every time we needed to communicate with them. We couldn't have asked for a more prompt and courteous host. And, of course, the location! We absolutely loved being on the quieter west side of the island. While you may be a bit farther from shops and restaurants, it's worth it for the extra beach space. We LOVED walking to the west end of the island during low tide to stroll along the sandbars. It felt like we were walking out into the ocean, and we discovered all kinds of marine life out there. This was definitely a highlight of our trip, and the location of the condo made it possible. The title says it all—we rebooked for 2024 while driving home :-)

This property is truly outstanding and has everything you need for your trip to Ocean Isle Beach. The entire condo feels newly renovated and the fully equipped kitchen and beach storage closet were bonuses that made our week so much better. The owners are easy to work with by providing instructions and quick responses if needed. I highly recommend this property for your trip to Ocean Isle Beach!

Selected this property over others because our granddaughter saw a photo of the bunk beds and we are glad we followed her suggestion as it is a clean, comfortable, wonderful place to stay. Beds are comfortable and the pillow selection is sure to satisfy all preferences. We definitely hope to come back. The location on the beach is less crowded than other areas and it is still convenient to stores, etc. Rick is attentive and responds to any questions. As Moly said, a 10 out of 10! Jane and family

My favorite rental we’ve stayed at- this condo was so beautiful, clean, and had high chair crib and toys for the kids! The view of the beach is wonderful and you can listen to the waves all day. The beach access board walk has a perfect viewing bench for the sunrise. The check in and keypad entry was so seamless. The storage closet packed full of every umbrella , chair, kids chair, kite, toy you could need! The pool is great for kids and we had all to ourselves. The hosts were amazing and so easy to deal with. The decor is simply beautiful inside and the deck has wonderful furniture for covered outside meals! Will definitely be back!!

Last minute change in plans led us to this property. Ocean Isle is our favorite beach and this condo was perfect for our weekend away.

Condo was exactly as pictured. An extremely clean and comfortable second home. Rick was fantastic with communication and addressed an issue we had immediately. Definitely recommend staying here and will always keep this condo in mind when we return again next year.

Having never been to Ocean Isle, we guessed at the best location and place to stay and we were certainly rewarded. Rick and Stephani we’re excellent hosts, very helpful and responsive with questions. Their condo is beautifully renovated with many amenities including games and some toys for our children to play with during some beach down time. The kitchen is fully stocked and user friendly. The location can’t be beat. While you will need to walk to the center of town, it truly doesn’t matter when you are steps from the beach and minutes driving to coffee, lunch and activities. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to go back.

I just returned from a 4 night fall beach getaway at this beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and comfortable condo. Rick was very responsive to my questions and made us feel so welcome. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The beds are super comfortable. The view of the beach is great and we enjoyed the porch in the beautiful fall weather. Loved the keyless entry. Made in and out so easy. Everything was just perfect. I’m already dreaming of our next visit.

I've been vacationing at Ocean Isle since the '70s. This place is one of the best! Very clean and accommodating. Love the ocean views! Hope to make this a family tradition. Thanks for sharing your 2nd home, it did not disappoint!

We had a wonderful week here! Everything we needed was provided. Exactly as described in listing but better! We could not believe all of the beach items that were available for our use. Owner was extremely helpful and responded to messages instantly!

This place was absolutely stunning!! It was very accommodating to my family and I for spring break. The views were fantastic and I loved drinking my coffee on the deck while listening to the ocean waves!!! Very quiet and convenient location!! This condo was the perfect spot for a quick getaway to OIB. Beautifully furnished and updated, gorgeous ocean views, and stocked with anything you might need during your trip (spices, games, cards, kitchen supplies). Great sunset watching spot just a few blocks away, we walked there every evening to catch it (it is a must see when you visit!). The owners were so accommodating too. We will definitely be back.
