The property is easy to locate, was clean, had everything needed for the beach. My family loved the home and look forward to coming back!

It was very nice. Very short straight and flat walk to the beach. Very quiet.
The steps inside up to the bedrooms were steep and the steps were narrow. Not an issue with the younger ones but it was hard for the older ones.
Having a deck and two balconies was a plus.
Overall, very satisfied and would recommend :)

The location, decor and beach supplies are as described. We love the short walk to the beach, the outdoor shower and the wagon to tote chairs, towels and food to the beach. We could walk or drive to get food, shop and sight see. We love that we could be in Port St. Joe in minutes as well as other quaint beach towns. The kitchen was not what I am familiar with in VRBO rentals. My family has been renting for over 25 years and I have not experienced a rental with no bare minimum supplies. I have found salt, pepper, coffee, coffee pot, and foils to be provided. We will visit again and recommend Sunshine Rentals to friends and family.

This was a great property. Perfect location to food and the beach. Beautiful views. Fully stocked kitchen. The beach accessories were amazing, having a wagon, chairs and even beach toys made for wonderful beach days!
A bonus is how quiet each condo is once inside. We are a family of four, with young children who can get quite excited, each unit had multiple people or many kids in them and we never heard each other once inside. Each unit also provides a lot of privacy in the parking, outdoor shower area.
We loved our stay and would definitely return!

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and our stay at Parks Place made it amazing! The condo was beautiful and everything was shiny and new! We could see the ocean from the porch and the sugary-sand beach was less than a 5 minute walk away! We loved the chairs, umbrella and beach wagon to carry everything in. The kayak was a fun thing to do when the ocean was calm. We would love to stay here again!!

This was our second visit to Parks Place. Again, it did not disappoint! The space has everything that is needed that makes a great week away, with just a short walk to the beach! Favorite spot is the back porch, we love sitting there in the evenings and watching the waves and enjoying the breeze. We look forward to our next visit!

The condo was perfect for the family. Full kitchen was awesome. Beach chairs and wagon provided. Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this condo to others.

Average property. Very close to beach and nice access to places to eat and visit. The beach wagon was a life saver and we used it daily. The access to the bedrooms was a killer for my wife and I (71 and 69). Steep 15 step flight of steps after climbing 12 steps to access main living quarters. Also more toilet paper and trash bags would be a plus. Those two reasons are why I did not rate as an overall 5 or excellent. Thank you for always being available to answer questions.

Had a great time. Good weather, great beach. Wide flat sand. Easy access to the beach. Restaurants are very limited. Eat early (5:00) or grill on site.

This is our second spring break spent in Mexico Beach and this house, location, and view did not disappoint! We loved waking up the the ocean every morning and enjoying the view in the evening on the front porch. The house was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I plus room for more if we decided to bring another couple next time. We love how quiet the beach is. We never once fought a crowded beach for a spot. All the locals are so friendly. The food trucks are top notch. We are definitely making Mexico Beach a yearly trip for our family!

Mexico Beach was great. It is a quiet community with great places to eat. The beach was great. The condo was everything we expected and more. It was nice on the inside with anything and everything you could want or need.

Parks Place is a Gem!
My family had a great time at Parks Place. The property is beautiful, nicely furnished, the beds are comfy! The kitchen is as described, but better! My husband and I commented several times while preparing each meal that the cookware/utensils provided were the best out any rental we've ever seen whether at the beach or mountains. Hopefully that doesn't change! You can tell that the owners put a lot of love and care into this property to share it with others.
The back patio is perfect for outdoor meals and the upstairs deck was great to watch the sunset!
This 2bed 2 1/2 bath townhome does not disappoint! We will return for sure!

Relaxing beach vacation
This is a very nice condo with a short walk to the beach. It is right across the street from Mango Marleys which is the main restaurant in Mexico beach at this time. There are other food places that are food truck type settings. If you are looking for a relaxing less crowded beach vacation then Mexico Beach and this condo are what you are looking for.

Great spot!
Great location, clean, and well stocked. We had a wonderful week full of short walks to the beach, local shops, and even supper. It was so nice to have a beach cart and chairs included with the rental.

Perfect Beach Vacation
We had an excellent stay at Park’s Place. The listing was just as described. The fully equipped kitchen and on-site grill made cooking dinners at the condo super easy. The walk to the beach was an easy walk and the beach cart, chairs and umbrella provided made our beach days excellent. The outside shower and water hose on the porch were handy to wash all the sand off after the day at the beach. Our only complaint was the master bed was too soft for our liking but we understand that is a personal preference. Mexico Beach is still rebuilding and construction sites are very present. We never had any issues with loud noises or anything. Overall the perfect week at the beach.

Great Experience … Would Recommend!
Everything was great about our girls long weekend trip! We loved the location, proximity to local restaurants, and the amenities offered… we especially enjoyed the nice umbrella, chairs and beach cart offered by the owner.
Our stay highly exceeded our expectations. Would recommend!
