The pool table, except both cues were broken. We used them anyway, because we chose the place for this! Lots of repairs needed. Trying to be nice but there were so many little things-- Some windows with no coverings ,many with shades that were torn or broken, leaking water from fridge, dirty cabinets, holes in wall, unfinished carpentry, paint drips on floor and heater. Seems like not much maintenance takes place, and maybe no one looking in on this rental. We don't need much to be happy, so we made sure to have fun with each other and focus on that!

Every clean had all cooking utensils,washer and dryer was great help only thing that was noticed is that the shades need replaced some didn’t work

I really like it there cuz it was nice and quite all it needs is curtains cuz it gets to bright I will be back in March and September

We had so much fun playing pool each night! Clean home - very roomy. Convenient washer and dryer. It was a short walk to the beach. Ocean view is from the top floor. Look forward to staying here again next time in Lincoln City.

Everything was falling apart or dirty. Fridge leaked and was noisy. Stove burners took a really long time to heat up and cook hamburger. Furniture was dirty.

This home was so comfortable. The skylights throughout allowed natural light to beam in everywhere. Our teens had upstairs all to themselves with their own pool table, large bathroom, and huge living room w/ tv. The downstairs living space was just as cozy. It had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our time together. Extra bedding and towels were great! The house itself was within walking distance to everything we had hoped to see and experience in Lincoln City. Popular shops and local eateries were steps away and beach access was a block away. I only removed 1 star because communication lagged and the window shades need replacing. Most of them were either broken or unable to be pulled up to cooldown upstairs. There’s no air conditioning and it was only hot on the day we arrived. Other than that I would still recommend this house to visitors.

The house is very clean and functional. Most furnitures are from IKEA. Close to restaurants and beaches. Kids love the pool table. One thing to note is that the house is sitting across public parking. There are cars come and go but usually it was empty after 9pm. I would recommend to park in the garage for safety.

This was a great location, close to the beach, as well as to the main street. Would recommend!
