An abundance of wonderful activities. Lots of interesting museums, great restaurants, beautiful views of the city from Mount Washington. We enjoyed it all!

This property is great place to gather, celebrate, and reconnect with an amazing view of Pittsburgh. Great room and kitchen are 5-star! Game room kept the kids happy - a definite plus. Will be back again!

You would be hard pressed to find a better property during your stay in Pittsburgh.

This property had the most amazing view and outdoor porch. It was also very close to the river and all the city activities. Only downside was there are alot of stairs so it was a little harder on the older members of our family. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a fabulous property (I'm quite picky!). It was very clean with nice bedding, a huge kitchen, plenty of (clean, nice) kitchen supplies, and of course the decks with stunning views of the city. Details were very well thought out to make everything run smoothly -- there was well-placed house information, labeled remotes with logins to streaming services that just worked, USB and regular plug chargers by both sides of every bed, and bath supplies. The game room was super fun for the family with darts, shuffleboard, foosball, and ping pong, as well as board games. I also *really* appreciated the easy check-out process that contributed to it feeling like a real vacation -- no request to take out the trash, strip the beds, or start laundry -- just to have the dishes in the dishwasher. This also gave me confidence that they have a good cleaner vs relying on guests to do the heavy lifting (which always makes me nervous about cleanliness). In addition, paper towels, toilet paper, soap/dish soap and tissues were supplied -- also such a nice touch to make things easy on the guests! My kids were ready to move in, and I was just appreciative that even with our stay being a short one, we could spend the vast majority of our time enjoying the property and the deck views, not setting up and cleaning up. Chad was very communicative and proactively reached out throughout to make sure I had all the information I needed and knew he was available in case there was anything we needed. We went for the 4th of July to view fireworks, and while we were able to see many distant shows across the city, note that there was not a view of the main city fireworks show (in case anyone else is thinking of going for that reason). My only mild complaint is that for people sensitive to smells (like I am), there was a very strong "air freshener" type of smell that hit me as soon as I opened the door -- it's possible they had a bad guest who smoked before us despite that clearly being against the rules (it had that "cover up" smell) and that this might not normally be an issue, but if I stayed again (which I wouldn't hesitate to do), I would reach out and see if it were possible to avoid that. We were able to air it out pretty effectively by opening windows and such, so I didn't feel a need to reach out to the host.

The minute you walk into this house, you know you have rented sheer perfection. The view is absolutely incredible overlooking Pittsburgh. The top floor consists of a kitchen, family room and amazing balcony. It was a quiet neighborhood and morning coffee out on the balcony was so relaxing and beautiful. The couch was so comfortable. The kitchen was large and perfectly appointed. A nice touch was having a powder room on that level. One level down was the primary suite with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. There are 2 additional bedrooms and a separate tub/ shower bathroom. Down another level was a large additional bedroom with a large balcony. There was a powder room off that bedroom. Downstairs was a playroom with all types of games….such fun for a group. I have not done this house justice with my description. It is truly a gem. We will be back the next time we visit Pittsburgh.

The house is as its pictures - beautiful. The view is breathtaking - especially at night. The host - Chad - is very responsive and helpful. Overall a terrific experience for my family.

This is the most well stocked property I’ve stayed in, in terms of kitchen supplies, board games, extra blankets and even bar supplies. It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, they did not provide bar soap or shower gel so bring those items but they did provide shampoo and conditioner. The game room was a hit for the children and so were the board games. The views are amazing, especially at night. The check-in process was the easiest I’ve had with any property. The property doesn’t have a full size ironing board. It has a small one that sits about 2 inches off the floor. That was a bit of a struggle and there were a few housekeeping issues. I made the owner aware but they were very responsive so it shouldn’t be a problem for future guests. Additionally, they said they would’ve provided a full size ironing board if we would’ve contacted them during our stay. The house is very spacious, lots of room for a large family and garage parking along with additional parking in the driveway. We would stay here again.

We had a family and friend trip (all adult children) to PIttsburgh for a Steeler game. Two of our guests had never been to Pittsburgh. We have typically stayed downtown, but decided to stay on Mt. Washington to enjoy the views of the city. This house did NOT disappoint! There are incredible views from the top 3 floors day or night. The house accommodated the 8 of us well, other than only two showers for the house. The spacious kitchen, family room/home theater was a great gathering space for all of us. The adult children enjoyed the game room in the basement as well to hang out. The kitchen was fairly well stocked other than glasses and coffee cups. For a house that can sleep that many, we had to do dishes more often than when we've stayed at other rental properties. It was wonderful that the house could accommodate parking. We only had 2 cars and kept one in the upper garage. We were given garage codes to enter, which didn't work. The property person who met us at the house gave us the codes, but then we learned that night from the other property manager that the codes hadn't worked in a couple of weeks. Overall a delightful stay with nice accommodations!

There were not enough glasses for all of us to have drinks without using wine glasses, would love to have a few basic seasonings for cooking.

Stayed for a few days and had a very nice time. Was in town with work - but the house was just as advertising and everything was very nice.

Came to Pittsburgh to celebrate my son‘s birthday. The location on Mt. Washington was perfect. The views of the river, bridge and Pittsburgh skyline were spectacular. Three levels of decking make outdoor living amazing. Beautifully well appointed eat in kitchen to boot. During our stay the movie projector stopped working, However, with just one msssge we had a new TV brought right to us!!

Me and my siblings, plus spouses and some family, had a lovely visit at Bella Vista in mid November. The view is every bit as breathtaking as advertised, and Mt. Washington is an interesting neighborhood with good restaurants and lots of history. The Monogahela Incline is not far to walk to, although the neighborhood is hilly as you might expect, so be prepared for a little exercise. Gino was great with his communication, and the rules and expectations for guests are made very clear from the start. All in all a very pleasant weekend. Thanks, Gino!

Beautiful home with amazing views of the city! Well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Easy walk to restaurants and shops including a grocery store. And to the incline, so easy to leave the car and walk everywhere. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

We spent an amazing four day weekend at BellaVista. Upon entering each floor we saw sweeping views of the river and the city of Pgh. We were lucky to be there for a fantastic fireworks display following the last Pirate game. The amenities included at the house were great, (although we would suggest an alternate wine opener), beds were comfortable, seating arrangements were more than adequate for our party of 8. There are two full baths, plus two half baths, and plenty of hot water. The outdoor decks were very comfortable for relaxing or dining. Uber and DoorDash arrived within minutes. Our very large rental SUV was not an asset on the streets of Mt. Washington The owner is great about answering questions prior to and during our stay. We highly recommend this house.

We had a great weekend!

We came into town for large wedding and needed a house that could accommodate our extended family. This home more than impressed us. The kitchen could accommodate us all sitting around the Island to catch up. The deck was also spacious relaxing. The master bedroom and bath was luxurious with view from every window. The kids enjoyed the basement shuffle board and ping pong. Gene was very nice to work with. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property.

Group of 10 in Pittsburgh to celebrate the graduation of our daughter from Duquesne University. Initially had reserved through another platform another place in downtown Pittsburgh. On our first night we encountered severe problems. We had to look for alternatives. Luckily enough we found that Bella Vista was available. Looking for a property for 10 people on such a short notice was not an easy task. We were blessed to find Gene and being able to accommodate us on such a short notice. The property itself is magnificent. Initially, when looking for places to stay I did not consider any property in Mt. Washington thinking it was far from downtown Pittsburgh. Big mistake! This property is only a short 7-10 mins drive to downtown Pitt. Uber arrives in a short period. The view from the property is amazing! It was extremely clean. The kitchen area and family room is superb and great for parties/celebrations. The TV/projector was great! It even has a gameroon in the lower floor. I believe the description of the property in the VRBO website is understated with respect to all the amenities this property offers. Thanks Gene for saving our graduation celebration!

This is the second year that we've rented this house. It's absolutely amazing! The view of the City are spectacular. The house is well appointed with all of the amenities that you need during your stay and is in walking distances of many restaurants and shops. The additional bedroom and game room were an added bonus this year. The owner Geno is great to deal with an always responsive with questions.

Responsive hosts. Well stocked/furnished home. Beautiful view. Perfect place for our weekend trip to Pittsburgh. We would definitely return!
