We were in town for my son’a wedding and this Propes’s perfect for it. The owner was super friendly and the place was better than advertised.

Our family was in Knoxville for our oldest son's graduation. The house was perfect for our family during such a special time.
The host was very responsive to emails and text messages. When back in Knoxville and needing a bigger place to stay, we will definitely choose this home.

We have stayed in this cozy home a couple of times now due to having family in the area. Both times, it was clean and has been well stocked with everything needed for our stay. We now consider this our home away from home.

We enjoyed a great stay at this property. It was spacious and allowed us to cook and host our son and his girlfriend for Thanksgiving. Our host was helpful and communicated regularly. The view out the back was beautiful!

This property blew us away. They thought of everything! Their remodeling was spot on. This was way better than staying at a hotel. We'd recommend this house to anyone. It was very clean, quite, comfortable, and beautiful. This is a wonderful house!

Only about 20 minutes from UTK! House was clean; kitchen included essentials for prepping meals. Enjoyed the larger dining room table for playing games with the family. Hope to stay here again when we visit our UTK student.

The place was very clean and welcoming. I was originally concerned about the distance to Knoxville but actually it’s closer than I expected. It fit our needs perfectly - we will be back and stay here again.

We really liked our stay in this cottage. BBQ and fire pit were a plus. Rooms were clean and everything was stocked. HUGE yard. Kent was readily available! Conveniently less than five minutes from I-40. Would definitely recommend for traveling families.

Perfect location and really comfortable home! We had a pleasant stay at this home and the owners were great to work with. We visited Knoxville for a couple of days and then we also ran down to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains. All of these areas are just a short drive away from the property (10 mins to Knoxville downtown, 30 mins to Pigeon Forge, 45 to Gatlinburg and an hour and half or so to Cade’s Cove). Highly recommend!

What a beautiful home! We absolutely loved our time spent there while visiting my brother and his family in Knoxville and getting to see my nephew graduate from high school. Very clean and spacious with plenty of room. Beautiful property with an awesome back porch.

This house was perfect for our family gathering. It was extremely clean so I had no worries about letting my grandson play inside. The little extra details like the coffee and snacks really made it feel like home. It is perfectly located next to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown. The Owners were great about letting us extend our stay and was always quick to respond to our messages.
We will be extremely happy to stay here again when we return to our hometown in the future.

Perfect location for visiting our daughter at UTK and playing tourist to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Perfect size for our family of four. The host was beyond gracious. There were a few snacks upon check-in for us and even did a mid-stay check up to see if we needed anything. Definitely would stay again.

Location was good for a first time visit to the area - not far from downtown area, not a bad drive to get to smoky mountains and other close hiking areas. This property is on a busy street which is a bit of an issue, but we/ you do end up getting used to it. Home is well equipped for cooking, bathrooms are updated and nice, plenty of room to spread out - beds were super comfortable mattresses....

This is a charming house on a farm. It has everything you need with some nice touches like water and snacks. The location is good if you want to visit Knoxville and the Smokies It's located conveniently to do both in the same trip. It served our needs well.

We really enjoyed renting this clean, well-appointed home. We especially enjoyed how quiet and peaceful, yet how conveniently located it was.
The property manager was helpful and responsive.

Property was clean and updated. Plenty of towels and seating for gathering. Nice location to get to Knoxville, it’s about 15-20 minutes depending on what area you’re headed . The road in front is very busy. The owner quickly responded to question. Would highly recommend.

Several adult friends stayed in this home together for our friend’s wedding. The home itself was a little bit of a drive from downtown, but so worth it! The owners were very accommodating and the home was clean and had literally anything you could need in the kitchen. The beds were insanely comfortable and we were so pleased with our stay.
