If you like golf, this place is close to many of the best courses in Pinehurst. It is also close to groceries, shopping, and the lovely little village where there is lots of boutique shopping. I also enjoyed a park that was close by - Reservoir Park - where there are nice walking paths.

On line images showed a dinning table for 4 chairs. We only found 2 with a broken one in a closet. The shower does not have a closure so floor gets totally wet which likely why the floor to the foyer leading into the bathroom is all warped and difficult to maneuver. No hair dryer. Poor drainage during rain when stepping out of the condo you need to get around a 6 inch puddle. Bottom like the place needs some work and can be easily made into a 4 star.

The bed had a sag in it the lower end and the shower doesn’t have a door. The floor will end up needing replaced in the bathroom if you don’t address that coming from a floor company owner. Otherwise everything was great.

There is ample living space and the bedroom is very large. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer as well as washer and dryer. There are two parking spaces very near the entrance. The neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Even though you are on the ground level, you do not hear your neighbors very much. It is a perfect spot when you are visiting the area. We would stay again.

Very nice, great location and as described.

The front storm door was broken off the bottom hinge. The wood front door had a gap of about 2 inches at the top, so without the storm door closed bugs would enter the unit. There were cob webs on the inside of the unit in the office area. One of the two chairs at the table were broken. The lighting is very low in the unit and made it hard to see.

First arrived to see many spider webs over front porch and thought “oh no!” When inside, it was super clean and updated. Kitchen only had basic so you may want to bring some favs with you. Bring coffee because no Kurig ! Bed was not very comfy but again i can’t say enough- how clean it was. Kitchen chair was broken when we arrived and front screen door came off when we were there. Just things that happen to any rental. If you are looking for a clean safe rental, this is the one for you!

We came to town to visit our daughter and family in this area. The place is close to everything, easy to access and ready for any stay!

The location to Pinehurst is super convenient and for me and my son it was a great location

Only downside is they have some leaking issues in the shower and the floor is unlevel. Very evident to someone using a wheelchair at night. Otherwise I was good. You may want to know where the dumpsters are as we called management and they didn't know so just had to drive further in the development to find it.

It was everything I could have wanted. Quality place to stay, location, price, amenities. All around great place.

Safe clean convenient location. Everything I needed for a quick two night solo stay. The only feedback I have is that you may want to include details on the app on how to connect to the internet and where the community garbage cans are located if you require renters to dispose of garbage. Otherwise it was easy check in/check out. Exactly as the rental listing described and a great deal. Id stay there again.

Had all the needed amenities, including washer/dryer, linens, and cookware. I really liked the little sun porch area where I set up my computer. The shower was a little quirky because it had only a small glass panel and the water splashed out onto the floor, so we kept a towel in the floor. The washer smelled a little musty and was noisy. The owner was nice and very helpful, as were the office staff.

Our first vrbo experience was a success! Clean, comfortable, simple decor. Very quiet at night, we had great night sleeps. Close to everywhere we needed to get in pinehurst and west end. Would stay again.

Very clean, quiet & convenient unit. We have stayed here once before with same result. Very nicely furnished, feels right at home for our visits with family while working from home during the day. Internet was solid, location is great, highly recommend. Any inquiries had very prompt and thorough response. Will stay here on our next trip if available.

This property could be really special if just a few details were addressed. It has a bit of a strong musty or cat smell and you do hear the highway from the bedroom at night. If they cleaned up the cob webs at the front door, and put a fan or something in the BR that would help with the noise- it would be great. I would also suggest adding a TV in the master and a hairdryer in the Bathroom. Those are small items, but would make a difference. Place is set up amazingly well and very well decorated. Enjoyed it.
