The property is clean, well appointed, very cute and great location. You're near the ferry, Fun Zone and ocean. Communication with manager was spot on. The rooftop deck was great. We got rain during our stay, but that can't be helped. We would stay here again!

Very comfortable place that we looked forward to returning to each night. Beds are comfortable, very clean, neighborhood is quiet, nice to have a garage. The rooftop patio is the prefect place to relax in the sun or be protected from the rain. No games, Keurig coffee maker.

We had an amazing stay. We are Newport Beach natives and we back for a winter escape. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We were walking distance to the Balboa Ferry, beach, bay and the wedge. A visitor who does not know their way around can quickly discover all of the restaurants, the wonderful coffee stand just around the corner, Lido village, Balboa Island. We love to cook and we found the kitchen quite complete. The primary bedroom was spacious and comfy. Great communication with the manager and we were happily able to extend our stay another night. Will absolutely return!

This is our second time staying and we absolutely love the space! Great location, super clean, and the rooftop patio is the best hangout spot. We definitely hope to return!

This property was excellent. My mother was able to rent the unit below. Having garage parking was great, and the location was wonderful. Easy walks to the pier, lots of restaurants, fun zone annd Ferry etc. The rooftop is a hard to find perk. Highly recommend would love to stay again.

Close to all the activities.

The listing was everything it said it was! It was perfect for our family to stay at and relax. The roof top is set up perfectly to relax and enjoy. The location is perfectly placed between the beach and the harbor. It is so well located that at least a week stay is needed to enjoy everything the property offers and that the local aread has to offer. Even the neighbors are friendly. That sounds like an odd thing to focus on, but anyone that has stayed at a few vacation rentals can probably relate, that is a major bonus for someone on vacation. Some areas are not as welcoming to people in vacation rentals. This entire neighborhood is welcoming and safe.

Wonderful property, great location with easy walk to port / beach. Easy / pleasant commuting with property mangier. Quiet neighborhood, with wonderful sound of near by waves to sleep. Will definitely return.

Roof was amazing house fully stocked. Loved everything about it

We loved everything about this place. Everything that we needed was available to us, very clean and comfortable and pretty! We brought our two small labs and they were in heaven the whole time, spending most of their time on the upstairs patio. Everything worked perfectly with no problems at all. The only little thing I would recommend is to make the queen bed a little more comfortable, perhaps a mattress topper, as it is pretty hard. It’s also a wonderful location, barely a block to the day, and a block and a half to the ocean. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Great location. Great for two couples. Air conditioning was appreciated. It could use some new paint and better mattresses. But even though, it was clean. The washer and dryer was also convenient. We would stay again.

What a wonderful spot! One block to the bay, 2 blocks to the ocean, 1 block to the coffee shop, 8 min walk to the Fun Zone, which is great for kids. However, we had our parents, and our adult kids live near by, so we walked to that area to shop, snack, take the ferry to Balboa, rent a Duffy Boat. Whale watching is on our list for next time. Depending upon the day or time of year, parking can be challenging but there is a one car garage. If our kids met up with us to go somewhere for the day, we’d park in the street in the morning, and leave the garage for them if they couldn’t find a spot. The condo is exactly the way you see it on line. Just beautiful. Kitchen complete with everything you need. Exclusive access to the rooftop which is the best part. It’s huge. Can watch the sunset, sports on TV, large family dinners at the table upstairs, heat lamp for the cooler evenings when you’re playing cards. The garage has a number of chairs and a few boogie boards. We brought along our own beach cabana for shade and a taller camp chair for one of my parents who couldn’t sit in a low Tommy Bahama type chair. We definitely would come stay again. Thank you.

Awesome 2 bedroom with an outstanding rooftop area. Used it every nite, and morning. There is a covered area in case the sun is too hot or it rains. Manager is awesome and helpful and responsive! Kitchen has everything you need... the 1 car garage was perfect to store the bikes we rented. Love this place!

This is a great, modern house about a block from the beach. The 3rd floor patio is awesome, the kids wanted to spend most of their time up there. The living space is comfortable, and the location is about a 5-minute walk to the sand (with kids). I would highly recommend booking here and I will definitely look to stay here again next time.

Really enjoyed the rooftop deck, bed was super comfortable, decent kitchen amenities. The only drawback was the trash left behind from the last guest must have had seafood in it, so every time you entered the property the stench and the flies were really bad.

Wonderful location. Perfect for our little family getaway to celebrate our sons 2nd birthday. Can’t wait to stay again soon.

Shower heads gets water everywhere Bed needs upgrade has well. very uncomfortable. House rules on vrbo listing was not accurate it was under events allowed When we got there we received a phone call telling us no events allowed and they immediately removed and changed to no events. 1 phone call ruin my kids vacation. Unfortunately everything didnt turn out like we expected

We absolutely loved where the house was located being walking distance to the bay and to the beach! The house was clean and perfect for the 4 of us and our little dog. The roof top hang out area was my favorite part! I would definitely say here again.

This rental was very clean and tidy. The 2nd shower was backing up a bit, expected with all the tourists not washing the sand off before getting in the shower. Overall, I would love to stay here again! Location, location, location. Thank you Stefanie!

This house was perfect for Memorial Weekend with a few friends. The rooftop patio is spectacular, we were able to hangout and watch the basketball game on the huge tv (and there is a heater for the evening time). I would definitely book this again when in town. Thank you very much to the host!

This duplex was absolutely stunning. It is in excellent location with comfy furniture, excellent lighting, lots of appliances, and a beautiful rooftop view. It's two very small blocks from the beach, three small blocks to the Fun Zone, and walking distance to dozens of local shops and restaurants. You can also walk to the ferry to Balboa Island. Coffee drinkers take note: There is not a traditional coffee maker. There is, however, a very cute Kurieg, but no coffee pods. Luckily, there are markets nearby, where you can stock up on pods. This place is, hands-down, the best vacation spot I've ever stayed. You know how, sometimes, you'll see pictures online of a vacation spot that look amazing, but when you get there, it's a bit junky? This is NOT going to happen to you here. It's exactly as beautiful and comfortable as it looks in the pictures. I will definitely come here again.

We have stayed in a lot of places and this was by far the cleanest! Everything seemed nearly new and the beds were really clean and comfortable. The roof deck was huge and had everything you could want. The location was amazing! A very short walk to the beach or to the harbor and the fun zone area. The hosts were kind and quick to respond. You won’t regret booking this place!

We really enjoyed the property and kitchen was very well stocked. Only 2 small issues we had were 1) getting in when we first arrived. We didn’t understand that we had to open the door on the side to find the stairs to balcony and entrance, so had to reach out to the owner. They didn’t respond immediately to our call/text but the vrbo contact number reached them right away and we were able to get in without issues. 2) we weren’t able to park in the garage. It is really small (depth-wise) and narrow, so our full-size SUV didn’t fit. We had to park at the end of the street or on another street as all spots were taken right by the house.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! This Home is well maintained and upgraded, very clean, and was the perfect size for our family of 5. It is Walking distance to beaches, the location is great! Kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials needed, the neighborhood is very quiet, and the balcony was amazing to enjoy evenings with my family. We will definitely stay here again! Great vacation spot!

Fantastic Stay, 10/10 from start to finish. The host is extremely easy to work with and the listing is better than the photos show. Just go ahead and book the condo, I know you’ve already looked at the reviews a few times :)

We loved our stay and hated to leave. This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in awhile. They had a well stocked kitchen. Much better than VACASA and Arbnb. I wish the weather would have been nicer, so we could have used the cool rooftop patio. The garage is small, but still accommodated our minivan.

The upper view level is extraordinary and makes for a wonderful getaway. Great BBQ. The kitchen was extra nice with all you need. Just a fun place to stay and so close to the beach and ferry.

This property met all of our expectations. It was in a perfect location with walkability to the beach, harbor, coffee shop, etc. The roof was spectacular. We would definitely return.
