I had a wonderful stay at Bob’s VRBO! From the cleanliness of the condo at the time of my arrival, to the clear instructions provided (complete with pictures accompanying instructions!), to the sweet touches like a welcome note and snacks, dedicated pool towels/bag/cups - not to mention the beautiful and very private and quiet condo, comfortable bed with nice sheets, great bathroom, two smart TVs - cannot say enough good things about this VRBO and my generous host! Highly recommend, and would plan to stay there again on a return trip to Scottsdale!

We had a short staycation at this property. It was a very nice apartment, we just needed a little better view to make us want to be away from our own bed. House is very well kept.

The property is amazing. Very well kept, tall ceilings, quiet, and simply enjoyable.

If you are considering staying at this property, there are two items that I would like to share from our recent week. One - the property is in exceptional condition. It is very comfortable and has a full slate of amenities to meet every need. There is also a walking trail around the development/golf course that we enjoyed early every morning. Safeway and the other Commons offerings are also an easy walk (depending on the day's heat). Two - I have used various third-party booking websites for years and think Bob is one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of staying with. All questions were immediately responded to in a clear manner. With those two considerations in mind - I can not recommend this property enough for a person's stay in the area. First class in every aspect.

I've stayed in properties with my family all over Scottsdale from VRBO's to hotels. This trip was just me, and this condo was perfect for me to live and work in while my son attended basketball camp. The location right behind Kierland Commons, and across the street from two grocery stores, was fantastic. Great restaurants, great shopping, and all the essentials were very close by. The complex is really nice - gated and secure, lovely pool, hot tub, and bbq area which I used. And it's very quiet. The condo is nicely equipped, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. The A/C works great, and the pop up TV in the master bedroom is very cool - might have to look into one of those for my own home. Bob's instructions for check-in, access, and using the condo were very clear and easy to follow. And he made a point to check in via text to make sure everything was working out. On my next solo or small group trip to Scottsdale, this is the place I will book.

Hard to top this property. Hope to stay here again many times. The host is most gracious in providing unexpected amenities, and condition/maintenance is great. Can't think of a thing that's missing or that I would recommend be added.

Our third stay at Kierland Greens. The host was great and the unit was very nice. Perfect location within walking distance to Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter. 20 minutes to the airport.

The condo community is so well kept and the condo itself was immaculate and so well organized. Clean and so beautifully decorated. Bob is a perfect host. Very communicative and organized. I plan on going back and would recommend this lovely place to anyone.

The property itself was amazing- location, super clean, very welcoming. The property owners/hosts are even better! Warm people who really know how to make guests feel at home. From the quality of the bed, the pillows and the sheets to the towels, the soothing decor and well stocked kitchen- this place is more than 5 stars! I have family in Scottsdale and will definitely try to snag this location again for future visits. Hats off to Bob and Kattie for sharing this wonderful home, as it’s definitely a lot more than a vacation rental. They even provide coffee pods and cold bottled water in the fridge! Very nice property, very clean. The other reviews are correct in stating that the location in Kierland is perfect. We used the pool and grill area every day. Perfect location for early morning walks near the golf course and Commons. The unit was fully stocked and the welcome package was a nice surprise. Highly appreciate the owner's attention to making sure we had a great stay. We would happily rent again.

The place was spotless and everything in the condo was clearly marked. The complex is beautiful and so close to kierland shopping and the scottsdale quarter. I recommend you stay here when visiting AZ.

Loved this condo. The place was immaculate and super organized. Everything we needed was provided. Great location. Close to the resort and eating and shopping areas. Pool was an easy minute walk away. I would highly recomend this place to anyone looking for a quite, easy gettaway in the Scottsdale area.

If you’re reading this review, you’re likely checking out other listings in this, and other neighboring developments so you already know the location will be great and property amenities are going to be top-tier. So how to decide which one to pick? Do yourself a favor and pick this one. Beyond the clear and easy to follow directions for everything from the front gate to the garage opener, the attention to detail focused on our comfortable stay was unsurpassed. Bottled water in the fridge, a welcome bag with a few snacks, batteries in a side table drawer, two different sunscreens, lovely shower supplies, a razor and toothbrush in case something was forgotten— honestly, we felt a bit like we were staying at a well-decorated spa. Great host, great communication, great place, great experience. We would stay here again in a minute.

Bob and Kattie are not only excellent hosts but their property is outstanding. Very nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen, and exceptional accommodation. Both are superb communicators and answered our questions promptly. We didn’t think we’d use all the amenities …but ended up using the pool and spa frequently, BBQ nightly and got our morning workouts done at the gym. Most evenings we enjoyed the short walk to the 20 plus restaurants in Kierland Commons for dinner. During the day it’s a short walk to The Westin Kierland Golf Club. The 27 hole facility was amazing - without question, one of the best conditioned golf courses in all of Scottsdale. We also managed to get some shopping in at the Scottsdale Quarter (the Beverly Hills of the Desert) Definitely would stay again in a property managed by Bob and Kattie! Because it’s a family owned property they go above and beyond to make sure your experience is exceptional! Thanks for everything Bob and Kattie!!
