Our stay at Barkley Breeze was so nice. It was the perfect place to relax and spend time with family, The property was clean, being right on the lake was a plus. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the canoe and kayaks. We also enjoyed the fact that it was in close proximity to hiking and sight seeing . We did have an issue with the door lock box, but the owner was very prompt in responding and making sure it was resolved. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Land Between the Lakes

The house and location was great. Inside the home was a different story. I contacted the property manager, Ronald, twice. Once well before we arrived and then right when we arrived. He never returned my calls. Well after the first call I received a text with a couple of general instructions. When we arrived I called again getting voicemail. He texted a response after we completed our stay. I don’t know what would happen if we had a serious problem. The house was nice but the furnishings were worn out. Couch, chairs and especially the beds were far below VRBO standards. Also no Kleenex or garbage bags. Overall disappointing!!

We met up with extended family for the weekend and this house was perfect! There is ample room for everyone, Comfortable seating, big dining area, great sleeping/beds and the view of the lake is amazing. There were only a couple small steps to enter the house, which made it easy for our elderly family members. We cooked all our meals over the weekend and found the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also very open and spacious - we could all pitch in and help. Definitely a great choice to get away for a few days. It is simply a beautiful house on the lake. We had a terrific time would love to return next year.

This spacious well-maintained fully-equipped lakefront home is great for families. We loved the view from the living area and adjoining deck. It perfectly suited our needs as a base for taking in the 2024 total solar eclipse. Communication was seamless. We would certainly book again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake house for a little fishing get away. The house is well stocked and the owners were very responsive to our questions. We will be back.

The property was perfect for my family and friends for a Labor Day get away. Clean, convenient to Eddy creek resort and town and stores. Owner very responsive and easy to work with. Would rent again for sure.

The property was amazing!!! We utilized the boat slip for our pontoon boat and the house was large enough for our group of 9 to be comfortable. We cooked almost every meal and the kitchen was amazing!!! The best place we found to float was on the other side of the road and the part of the lake we were on was large enough to go tubing.
Overall the location is well worth a stay and communication with the owners was easy and they responded to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Nice house, nice dock, dock is close to house

We took our family of five to stay at this location because it was close to family who live on Lake Barkley. The house is well appointed and very comfortable for a large family. The view is gorgeous and since it has a private dock, our family could just cruise across the lake to pick us up on the boat. It was very clean, newer and modern. Would love to stay again.

Plenty of room to spread out for big family. Dock very convenient for docking boat and dodging storms. Grounds big enough for corn hole, parking, and even a crawfish boil. Good centralized location for all to do on North end of Barkley.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home and appreciated having an extra kayak. We’d love to stay again. I enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, spacious dining room, gorgeous lake view, and the large amount of towels.

Such an amazing property, with room for everyone. The house is really clean with all the amenities you could want. Nice touch of plenty of keurig pods fully stocked and a nice gift basket with snacks ands a bottle of wine. We loved fishing from the dock all day. The crappie bite right off the dock is really good.

I can not say enough about this beautiful home! View was awesome!! The owners have thought about everything, it is well stocked from the kitchen to warm blankets draped on the couch. Boat dock was perfect with deep enough water to get boat to it. My husband was able to go out fishing early then come back to dock to pick me up later when I was ready. There is plenty of parking for boats and trucks. Loved the location! Thank you for sharing your home!

great stay besides a lot of rain
the house and kayaks, games was a big plus.
it was close to night life and food which worked
out great, we rented a try hull pontoon boat which
we kept at the boat slip for two days and a friend came
down with his ski boat witch we used the boat slip again.
I wish the dead fish in the lake wasn't so bad,
your place worked out GREAT!!!

Family Getaway at the Lake
Lovely property just as described, clean and beautiful. Lots of thoughtful touches. We enjoyed swimming off the dock almost every day, appreciated the newly installed swim ladder, used the kayak and canoe and fished. Brought our own Cornhole boards and had a nice flat area for the family to play that outside on the paved area. Used the grill twice, extra propane was available when we needed it. Dining room and kitchen were huge, allowed us all to visit during meal prep. Would visit again, worked well for our family.

Great place with generous amenities; very welcoming
We were very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the house, as well as the "extras" like the grill and the canoe and kayaks, which were well-enjoyed. The kitchen equipment and supplies made our food prep much easier. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans made the 105 degree heat tolerable. Wherever we looked we found more than we expected! Thank you very much!

Beautiful house and property for a family getaway. Love the view of the lake from the large open living room/ kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great getaway on a calm lake
Everything as advertised. House well kept and the basement area was the perfect getaway for the kids to hang out. Lake was right there, made it easy to go back and forth, as needed. Only suggestion would be to add a ladder to the dock to provide an easier way to get in and out of the water. Great place! Will consider staying there again. Thanks!

Outstanding experience
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our son’s wedding. We also rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed beautiful Lake Barkley. Can’t wait to come back!

WOW! Excellent! All I Can Say!
My mother, aunts, and I stayed here for the Paducah, KY Quilt Show. All I can say is that everything about this place was Awesome! Very spacious and well cared for. Owners went above & beyond on everything. Would love to stay here again next year for the Quilt Show.
