The property is nice for a family. Enjoyed the dock for fishing. The hill is a good workout lol. The A/C is A+. Overall a great location. Would stay there again in the future.

Nice I was able to do different things mostly we were able to fish in the boat and out of the boat. Didn’t have to drive to fish

Stay was great but the weather not so much. Did get to go out in the boat much because of the winds. Grass cutting could have waited due to me try to sleep in that day.

My son and I found ourselves at Lake Sinclair for a fishing tournament I qualified for and we needed a place to stay, house the boat and gear, make food, and had hot water. This place was a perfect little get-a-way spot, worked out fantastically! Very clean, had all that a person or two needs to have a good stay with fishing in mind. Would book again!

nice property. Has a nice stay. Only negative was that I lost a rod and reel due to the screws that bolted it to dock had rusted out.

It was a perfect size for me two of us. The view was magnificent. Each morning I sat and looked out the picture window straight out on the lake. Convenience of the boat house and two docks made it nice having our boat ready to go every day. We will be back hopefully.

House was great clean and comfortable without any issues. Weather was terrible but nothing anyone can do about that. Would def considering renting again.

The best thing about this stay was the location at the lake. The place was cute and small. The furniture could be updated both inside and outside. It was a lot better than a motel room.

This precious hone sleeps 4 comfortably a d was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and everything was well put together and very ean when we arrived. The fishing from the dock was so much fun and we caught quite a few fish. The only suggestion os a larger TV and or to fix the sound on the current TV.
Otherwise, we had a delightful stat and would love to stay at this location again.

Charming lake cabin on a quiet inlet. Marina across the channel. Property owner is very responsive to your requests. Will recommend this listing to friends.

House was clean. Needs updating,microwave interior rusty, needed another dish towel and bathing wash rags. Living room ceiling showed possible water leak, and master bathroom light did not work. All the items of concern we reported to contact host. Nice view of lake and close to groceries.
Overall we give it 3.5 to 4.

I actually loved the property and location. I had a great stay despite the bad weather that rolled in.

All was very good and no complaints. House was clean and comfortable. Weather was bad but that just Mother Nature and not any reflection on the rental. Like was close to stores and restaurants. Will def rent again in the future.

Location was great, convenient to stores and downtown Milledgeville. Needs a little work inside. Bug problem not resolved. Bed sizes not as advertised. Would stay there again for right price. Outside, grass needs to be cut and boat house needs to be cleaned.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting the area searching for a lake house to purchase. The place was clean, beautiful views (especially the sunrise), great fishing off of the dock, convenient boat ramp nearby, 2 docks (one had covered storage for our boat), restaurants & shopping minutes away, and the owners were nice & responsive. We loved it so much we added an extra day. Wonderful place with ease of access to anything your heart desires. Highly recommend.
