Spotless unit, great location convenient to beach and Kirra restaurants. Steve was a great host and available to meet us for check-in. Unit had everything needed including beach towels and chairs.

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for a week and highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to the Gold Coast. The apartment is spacious, quiet, and well-appointed, situated in a great location opposite the beach and only a short walk to restaurants and cafes. Steve was a great host and we were very appreciative of the cot and high chair set up in the apartment for our little one on arrival. This apartment will definitely be our first choice for accommodation for any future Gold Coast holidays - thanks again Steve!

Cannot fault Steve’s communication, clear instructions and friendliness. Everything you could need is thought of and supplied. large courtyard if you have little ones that need space, comfy lounge, beautiful bathrooms, and spacious bedrooms separated from each other.
Not far from the beach at all but can feel like a trek with little ones. Hopefully a cafe pops up right outside soon! Only suggestion is for better water pressure.

This was a perfect stay for us, right next to the university. The place was clean, airconned, has a great pool and just perfect for what we needed. We will stay here again!

The property was in a great position with an easy walk to the North Kirra Surf Club. Close to plenty of restaurants/cafe’s as well. The unit was clean and well appointed. The main bedroom was a great size, the other bedroom was a little smaller particularly for two bigger kids. Overall we had a great weekend stay.

Spacious and very comfortable.bed. Loved the big basin in main bedroom. Abet noisy with the new high rise going up next door. And the smell of Searage as you walk to the cafes yuk. Close to everywhere as we walked would stay there again.

We are a family of 5. This apartment was a great place for us to have a beach holiday. Enjoyed the apartment, outdoor area and communal pool.
So close to beach and places for coffee, breakfast and lunch/dinner.

Easy to follow directions to locate the key. Property was clean and well presented. Two bed rooms, king bed with ensuite in main. Two singles in second bedroom (or could be pushed together to make a king?).
Underground park for the room available or free parking outside on the street for larger vehicles.
Close to beach and some food venues (short walk). Close to airport but didn’t hear any noise at all. Short drive to Coolangatta beach/shops.
Unfortunately the pool was temporarily out of action while there due to maintenance but wasn’t an issue for us as we were out at theme parks or the beach. looks like it would be a great place for a swim.
Steve is a great host and has good communication. Even contacted me to let me know I left something behind and went out of his way to meet with me to return it.
Overall - good location and accommodation, definitely stay here again.

Steve is a great host. The location was perfect for our purposes and only 5 minutes from the airport but without any airport noise. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable.

We stayed at this property whilst visiting the Gold Coast. It was clean and tidy, had everything we needed, was walking distance to shops, cafes and the beach. It was just in a great location and Steve the host was very helpful at our check in. Yes I would recommend and book again. Thank you 😊

Returned this year after an enjoyable stay 12 months ago. It was just as we remembered, with every facility for a comfortable stay. Other family members stayed with us also for 4 days during our stay, and it was equally comfortable for them as well. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay at this property. It has everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay in Coolangatta. The property is part of a lovely complex, close to the beach, close to cafes and shops and only a drive away from all the Gold Coast has to offer. We had an awesome week at Steve's apartment over Easter. It is in a great location with easy access to the beach, great walking / running paths and excellent eateries.
Really enjoyed the pool and sauna for an end of the day chill out.

The property was great for us. Location to the airport couldn't have been handier. Parking was convenient. The outside area was brilliant. Advertising photo deceiving. Could not access the pool or beach easily. We needed to drive to the beach also to shops and restaurants too far to walk. Choice of eating places was yummy. Recommend this property owner was always available for queries.

Only downside - l like a great shower 🚿 and the main ensuite shower was poor.
FYI unless you drive a very small car you won't be able to park in the allocated car park under ground but there was no problems parking right out the front of the main entrance so no issue

Perfect location - lovely pool, beach across the road and a great flat walking/running/scooter track along the walk.
7 min drive away is the Jack evans boat harbour which is great for babies and toddlers. Selfish fish and chips nearby is amazing.
Just be aware car park in the undercover part is for a small/medium car.

This was a great place to get away, close to Kirra beach and within walking distance of floating waves and shops and cafes. Plenty of room for a family of 4 adults and well equiped with everything we could need for a relaxing stay. Beautiful outdoor area for reading and resting and convenient ground floor unit.

Thr unit was amazing. Was a great location to the beach and a short walk to several places to eat which were really good. It was clean and had everything we needed for a beach stay and movie nights! Would definitely stay there again next time we holiday.
