Marco Island Vacation Properties were amazing and helpful. Elizabeth was very friendly at arrival. The previous guests spilled something on the sofa, they sent a service over to clean it within in hours of us telling them of the stain. They were professional and accommodating. We highly recommend MIVP, Inc. We would definitely rent this house again.

Our family of young kids was thrilled to see mini scooters, bikes, wagons, beach gear and pool toys all secured neatly in the garage. The house was immaculate and really well appointed - great design! The rooms were comfortably sized and even with 8 people it felt plenty spacious. The pool was wonderful, as was the indoor/outdoor flow. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Pool area was perfect for breakfast in the morning and had great sun in the afternoon. Beds and linens were amazing and the towels were the softest we have ever experienced. The location is an easy walk to South beach and was close to great restaurants, entertainment and shopping. We will definitely rent this home again.
