We had three couples in our group and the cottage was perfect for us. We cooked most of our meals at the cottage and Used the grill, fire pit, and the hot tub. The outdoor living space is expansive, enjoyed the stunning sunsets on the lake while having our evening cocktails. The must dos are oaklawn horse races, Garven gardens, and historic district (Ohio club for a drink and some interesting history, their Ruben and Ohio Club sandwich are excellent). The host, Joe, was very responsive to any requests or questions. This cottage is a literally ON the lake And very convenient to all the attractions. We loved our stay!

We loved staying at this property for our annual trip to Hot Springs. It's a beautiful property with amazing views of the lake. Unbelievable deck - close to track and not too far from downtown. Joe was a great host! We will definitely stay again on our next trip to town.

Our family loved our time together at this beautiful lakefront cottage. All the other reviews are spot on about it being a gem. It’s a wonderfully relaxing escape, but also conveniently located near town for groceries or necessities during a stay. Fisherman’s Wharf was a great place just around the corner for a delicious seafood meal, plus great service. Joe was excellent in communicating with us from booking to checking out. Lastly, getting to watch sunsets right on the back deck each night was a memorable highlight for all of us! We’d absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Wow! What a beautiful home in a beautiful spot! The deck sits over the water—it was very relaxing. The home has been beautifully updated and stocked with everything you will need. I would highly recommend this vacation rental in Hot Springs AR.

Watching the sunset over the lake couldn't have been more perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and kept. An absolute gem. We could have said much longer and would love to visit again.

Same is the breakfast experience from the breakfast table! Unrestricted view of the lake from everywhere. The house is beautiful, clean and well maintained. We will return for sure!

First of all it sits right on Lake Hamilton. It is such a beautiful setting. The deck is so nice and relaxing and it’s a quiet neighborhood. We sat back and enjoyed the view. The house is so pretty and decorated so nice. Plenty of room for all eight of us. Located right in the mix of Hot Springs. Will stay here again.

Very well decorated home with a huge multi level deck situated directly on the water. Numerous sitting areas with very nice outdoor furniture. New appliances and upscale showers in every bedroom. My wife absolutely loved it.

We had a great girls weekend in Hot Springs. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Joe met us at check in and showed us around and answered our questions about dining and places to see in the town. The outdoor area was a peaceful and relaxing place to sit in the mornings for coffee and breakfast I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great Mother's Day weekend at this house! It was immaculate. We spent the entire weekend outside; and the outdoor furniture was very nice, comfortable, and accommodating. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We will stay here again.

Location and out door lake side patio on this property is primo. The comfortableness of the patio furniture, lounge chairs, shaded eating table, outside fire pit with premium chairs are absolutely wonderful. Top that off with a beautiful and calming indoor decor and this place is one of the best we have ever stayed at. The access to Oaklawn and downtown is easy and fast. Being able to come back to a fabulous and calming lake side view after a day of business was simply the best! Joe was always just a text away to answer any questions. We drove 8.5hrs to get to Hot Springs and this place made it worth every mile. There are only positives with this place.
