the host seemed lovely and enthusiastic, appreciated the welcome msg and email day before checkout with the details of what to do.

this property has the ability to be great but slightly disappointed after my trip. firstly the property originally address was listed as Parramatta (there is also a phillip st there) but it is in Oatlands, close but not the same which I did not notice until booking which meant I had to uber because i did not hire a car. Upon arrival there was a horrible smell from the bins on the property and which had wafted into the unit and took lighting the candle spraying roomspray and turning the aircon on to temporarily mask it, but the smell returned when i left the aircon off and went out for the day. The neighbouring property/attached property guests also appeared to be watching and were very loud late at night both nights of my visit which made me quite uncomfortable and the units cleanliness just wasn’t up to standards i found two dead bugs next to the bed, cob webs on the shower roof and dust on bathroom floor (toilet brush cleaner and bin). i would consider this accommodation again in the future as the host was nice and there is potential if these things are addressed

it was near shops and other facilities. The car port was good for parking especially when it rained. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and bed was comfortable. it was nice to have some outside space a couple of garden chairs and a table would have been really nice.

The location was great, but this is where it stopped. DO NOT STAY HERE. They advertise as a 1 bedroom house when it is a renovated garage in a back yard. It is very poorly appointed and not as photographed at all. It is difficult to access and small and pokey.

This room is equivalent to being CATFISHED. I actually thought we were in the wrong place. What they advertised and what we got are totally different. That gorgeous room you see is not what you get. What you get is a room with rising damp, goodnesss knows what splashed on the wall paper, screws sticking out of the side table, miss matched linen that is stained and smells and a bed that has more than likely been collected off a council clean up by their 12 year old. Its only a foot off the floor so need to crawl in. The pillows are bits of foam and not proper pillows and its impossible to sleep on. The kitchen has a stove and oven but no pots of pans in sight. Tea and coffee that has been left for ages and no milk. The bathroom is so tiny you need to leave the door open to dry yourself. We left after getting no sleep on the first night, we were told we would be refunded but that has not happened.

First thing different house on booking different address ,on booking was Parramatta but it was . in Oatlands...Bed 🛌 was so low , very bad smell , not clean at all , door was making noise, big gap water went inside , only the kitchen was ok ,INo shampoo , no shower gal...Towels were very thin , pilows very low , mattress very old . We only stayed 3 nights but I will never ever stay there again

The room and the amenities were all excellent and as advertised. Place was clean.

The place is just a hit further from the paramatta mall if you'd like walk to do groceries and cook your own meals.

Really quiet place to stay

The location was great, loved the undercover parking, air conditioner is always a plus in this November heat. Also I never realised how great a key code entry is! no key that can get lost, hallelujah!

There were a few maintenance & cleanliness issues but they were privately discussed with the owner.

Location, clean and tidy.

Door needs fixing. The trees to the rear rub on the back wall /roof and are quite noisy.

Conveniently located. Clean and parking in front of the house under a carport.

No shampoo or body wash (need to know this so we can bring our own). Has clothes washing machine but no clothes line. The door combination lock is a headache, find a solution for it.

The pillows are very thin.

Kitchen for cooking and washing machine.

The bugs in bathroom, freezing water in shower, being locked out because key pad stopped working, clothes closet was a utility closet with cleaning supplies equipment and bugs, the door so loose it scared me with the winds, no pillows just flat decorative ones, difficult to get a hold of landlord, not enough toilet paper, scratched myself on the screws sticking out of the nightstand, the images online didn't match the actual property upon arrival, the lack of willingness to correct issues by the landlord.

Tidy place with good facilities. Was nice to have access to a washing machine.

The digital front door lock would spontaneously activate at random times, which wasn't ideal as the voice is quite loud and its a bit shocking when you're there alone. The lock was also a bit temperamental in use.

Clean, well set out accommodation, convenient to where we needed to be.

Towels were very thin. There were no extra blankets, so we had to keep the heater on all night. There were no wine glasses or cooking utensils and we could not get the oven to work.
