Very neat, clean home. Comfortable bed! Plenty of space as well and close to everything. Enjoyed our time very much and hated to leave.

My wife and I completely loved our stay in this property. The house was clean, organized and had beautiful decor. The kitchen had all the essentials, we loved all the beach equipment provided with our say( beach towels, chairs, umbrella & cooler). The shower was clean and had all the toiletries included; towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, hair blower, bathroom spray and toilet even has a bidet! Ernie was always responsive upon communication and was very accommodating. The house is just like it looks on the photos, we loved having breakfast outside in the outdoor table and chair. OMG I loved loved my stay here!! Ernie’s place looked just like the photos! It was clean and cozy! Ernie is the best, answered all my questions and Evan offer to have some snacks and waters at the house before my arrival! It was my bday trip TSA took my small bottle of champagne and i asked Ernie if he could get me a small bottle and he did ,plus a birthday balloon!! Like how sweet! The location is perfect, a 10-15 drive into the cute city of Rincon! I would for say rent a car because taxi and Uber are non existent! But the house has EVERYTHING you will need! I will for sure be booking again ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was so spacious, comfortable and cute and had everything we needed and more. It was a quick drive to down and a quick walk to the beaches. Very relaxing. Looking forward to coming back soon :)

We really enjoyed the neighborhood/area, just a few blocks from the water. The house was very welcoming, clean, and stocked with essentials. The beach chairs and umbrella were amazing to have since we couldn’t bring our own onto the island. The host replied extremely fast to all of my messages. The bed was sooo comfortable and the shower had great pressure and sufficient hot water. I will be staying again in the future!

If you are looking for a nice, private place to stay as a single traveler or couple in the Rincon area, this is a great option. The home itself is nicely redone, and a step above other options in this price range. The hosts have made sure that you have everything you need, both for the beach as well as hanging in and making dinner. The kitchen is especially well-stocked with all the tools you will need. There are a few soft coolers, beach chairs, as well as an umbrella that you can haul with you to nearby Corcega beach (or, my personal favorite Playa Dona Lala which has some great food options). The are a few items that I did not expect which tripped me up during my stay that I want to mention so that others don't get surprised. 1. Apparently the plumbing (not sure if this is specific to this home, the neighborhood or Rincon in total) is delicate. Because of that, the hosts ask that you do NOT put toilet paper down the toilet. There is a bidet seat, but this was a new experience for us. This was not mentioned in the listing that I can remember. the living room. 2. The shower faucet is pretty sticky. My wife could not turn it on herself, and there were times that I had to put a significant portion of my strength into pulling it out so that it would turn on. My biggest fear was that it was just going to snap at some point. 3. Unless you have an absolutely tiny rental car, it isn't going to fit in the gate. Ours was a subcompact, and it was about a foot too long.

This property & its host are a five star all the way. Everything as advertised and more. Location is excellent for all your needs while on the Island.

We had everything that we needed in this little Casita. The AC was cold and the bed was comfy plus the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

What a super cute home for our weekend say in Rincon! The photos of the cottage were very accurate. We didn't hang out at the house much because we were lucky to have great beach weather during our stay. We really appreciated that beach towels, chairs , umbrella and coolers were provided. The location is super close to everything. Ernie is a fantastic host, very responsive before our arrival and during our stay.

This is a small and private house in a neighborhood near Rincon. It's was a great base for us to explore, and we loved having our own little space and porch for hanging out on! The neighborhood can be lively in the mornings (chickens, dogs, neighbors--just general life!), but the noise is easily drowned out with the air conditioner. Ernie is a great host, and we loved the touch informational screen with recommendations.

We absolutely loved this property. The pictures were accurate and the place was very clean. We loved the decoration and the bed was comfortable. There is also a screen that resembles an ipad fixed on the wall that gave out great recommendations. Speaking of on our first night the host gave us a recomendation to check out an art festival at the plaza and we had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!
