Arrived at the property was greeted with cobwebs at the beginning of the front steps. Also cobwebs was present on all porches and the main bedroom. In the main bedroom maybe y'all should get darker curtains so you won't wake up with sun blistering down in your face and the entire bedroom. Rat was in the kitchen area as well. Some of the blankets were filthy as well. Finally whomever was before us didnt take the trash cans to the front so it could be dumped.

I got canceled one day before trip the reason why they canceled it the property was not ready. So I don’t know this house.

Apt name for a house with exquisite sunset views. A great vacation home for a large family gathering. Nearly every room has a full private bath. Enjoyed our stay immensely! I would mention though, that there are A LOT of stairs, so carrying supplies and heading from kitchen to pool requires multiple flights, so this may not be the best for people with challenging knees, hips, or the elderly.

The house, the pool and the location are outstanding.

There were spiders found in all rooms all week. The sliding glass doors were so hard to move, young kids and my mother in law couldn't open or close them. The ceiling fan in one room was very loud and kept you awake. Toilet in one bathroom kept running and refilling. Main kitchen sink clogged. Air conditioning on main (3rd) level broke Wednesday evening. The fan and toilet and AC were fixed, with the help of Katie, the assistant GM. However, in general there were a few nights of a running toilet and loud fan and 1 night without AC in half the house. The location and pool and layout of the house were great.

Loved the location, the pool, the view of the bay, the short walk to a decked public access to the beach. I think the owner has addressed prior complaints about the interior because it was clean, well-kept, and everything in working order. Because it is a big house and on three levels, the stairs could be a challenge if any mobility issues. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Had several concerns one being a safety concern. Got there the downstairs sliding door was completely smashed with yellow caution tape across it. I was not called before arrival or nothing. After calling host on first day. Finally got call back the second day. And they said that they was sorry that I was not told before arrival. And that they had someone that was supposed to come out to fix it before we got there but they could not make it. And that there was nothing they could do about it during our stay. On top of that there was a lot of things broken in the house. And also the bathroom floor was dirty. And it said it had a foosball table and it didn’t.

The property was centrally located and more than big enough for our family
