We had a wonderful Family trip! The host was great at responding to messages and answering any questions we had. We had plenty of room for our family of 11 and the kids loved the playroom space. We did bring our boat and had a storage place for our trailer which was a plus. Great location on the Lake as well as by car. We will definitely be staying here again!

What you want out of the weather in June while at Lake Martin. Hot and dry. The water was gorgeous and refreshing. Had our two older grandsons so we tubed, skied, Chimney Rock'd and Goat Island'd. The vacation home was all we could ask for. Plenty of space inside and outside. Everyone had a great time!

I wish we were still there! All you need is to pack your swimsuit and sunscreen, everything else has been taken care of! The house is perfectly appointed with everything you would need for a lake vacation.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was amazing, very clean and comfortable. Stephanie went above and beyond as a hostess. Due to storms the day before our stay, the power was out when we arrived. Stephanie searched and found us another property. We chose to stay despite the power outage. We cooked on the grill, slept with the doors and windows open and were very comfortable. Power was restored the next day. Stephanie was amazing through the entire process and comped us generously, even though this was obviously not her fault. I highly recommend this property and the gracious hostess, Stephanie.

Myself and 13 others from my golf group stayed at the lake house. The owner was in constant contact and very responsive to our questions. The house was large and inviting. It included all the normal amenities. It was centrally located between Auburn and Montgomery and of course Lake Martin is readily available. Great golf located in easy drives to RTJ Golf Trail. Thanks to the owner for providing a great place for others to enjoy.

This is the absolute coziest place for a larger group to spend quality time together and feel connected. Everything we needed was provided and easily accessible. Our first visit to Lake Martin was last Labor Day weekend. We loved it so much that we decided to repeat, add my sister to the immediate fam mix and upgrade. This house did not disappoint! Great game room, and lots of space for all to sleep and hang out inside and out. We rented the optional pontoon boat, which was convenient and so fun! (of course it added to clean up chores, but we got it done!) Stephanie answered questions promptly. Overall, terrific family getaway!

We had a great time. The house was great. We had 14 (mostly teenagers and up) and it didn't feel crowded. Communication was excellent. Received a reply within 30 minutes every time i had a question. There are places on the lake ive rented boats from in the past. I almost went that route again this time but soooooo glad I decided to rent from the property owners. Mainly because of the opportunity to do water sports for the kids... even the teens. Its a tritoon boat but 200hp motor... plenty of pulling power. We had friends from Germany visiting with us. Their two kids couldn't tube, knee board or ski enough. Especially since it's typically too cold in north Germany for water sports. It was an awesome time. Chris and Stephanie were awesome hosts. Loved it!!!

We had 8 adults and 8 children (13 to 1 ½) and everyone was very pleased with the place. The main living area is the bottom floor which worked out great! The playroom was a big hit with the kids. We docked our bass boat and used their jet ski parking to dock our canoe. Kids really enjoyed the paddle board! Many items were provided that we didn’t anticipate- tons of beach towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, etc. And all kinds of kitchen supplies! Owners were very accessible by text or phone call every time we needed anything or had a question. Had room to park 4 cars and a truck with boat trailer. I highly recommend you check it out.!

Excellent property. Nice neighbors. Very well stocked kitchen. Stove top freaky fast. Docks nice. Exterior property clean and well kept. A/C’s work well. Plenty of games - enjoyed pool table and ping pong. Some issues with septic system repaired/replaced after our trip. Great location for quick trips to “town” and public boat(Kowaliga) launch clean and close.

Property was exactly as pictured. Lots of amenities for the boat and the game room was perfect for teenagers. Highly recommend renting the boat. Very nice and comfortable for everyone. Stephanie was amazing answering all of our questions. Would definitely rent again.

Our family group of 10 arrived from several states for our son's graduation from Auburn. The house was perfect for us to relax, cook, and laugh together. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The drive to Auburn for the graduation ceremony was easy, and the comfortable living room with smart tv was the premium location for those who stayed home to watch! Stephanie was responsive and helpful when we needed her.

This was an amazing place for family and friends to stay over the course of our daughter's wedding. The home is exactly as advertised. The location on the lake is nice with quick access by boat or car to several restaurants and attractions. The host was wonderful and checked in on us several times to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

We found the owner to be very responsive when we had questions. Once we got there, the property was clean, well-maintained and well-stocked. The listing showed a gameroom and there were plenty of games for all ages. It was cold outside so we didn't leave the property very much. We relaxed and enjoyed each other's company, which was exactly what we had intended the trip for. Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful place to wake up with your family on Christmas morning. We had room for everyone. The game room kept us all interacting instead of turning on a tv. Downstairs they had a tree set up for us and it was perfect for breakfast and lots of present opening together. What a great experience! The pictures really do not do this house Justice

We had a wonderful time celebrating a family birthday in this beautiful lakeside getaway. There is a view of the water from 3 of the bedrooms which was so nice! Stephanie was so accommodating and responsive with any questions we had. The entire family enjoyed our stay and everyone requested we return to the property in the summertime! What a fun place to spend time with family. Can’t wait to return!

Spacious older home in a deep very quite slough on Lake Martin. The house had literally
everything for our stay except the food! Be prepared to walk steps as bedrooms are upstairs while kitchen and den are down. We had no issues or complaints. We loved the veranda - spent most of our time there!!

The lake house was great ! Very clean and well decorated. We rented the pontoon boat and it was very nice the weather was absolutely beautiful. The road the property is on has a really sharp curve but other than that the place is perfect our family really enjoyed our retreat we even met the neighbors who were from our home town. Great place.

Great location off the main traffic of the Lake. They have a Pontoon Boat for rent at the house, but we did not know that until we put a nonrefundable deposit on a rental... Lots of family fun, and made great memories.

Summer Lake fun!
Beautifully remodeled lakehouse in a quaint little cove. Our family group of 12 had the perfect summer vacation. The gameroom is amazing and there's plenty to do out by the lake!

The BEST Lake House!!
There were 3 families who stayed during the vacay weekend. There was more than adequate room for all 7 kids and 6 adults. The residence was accommodating for little ones and even for those with special needs! We had everything we needed to cook with and the kitchen was set up well. The decor and renovations are beautiful and it's lovely at night all lit up. We loved this vacay home and did not want to depart! We should have taken a couple fans because the 2nd floor was pretty warm during the night. Overall, I give this residence a 10!!!
