Very nice condo with amazing views. Condo was well stocked and has nice furnishings. Wish the hot tubs were operational and housekeeping did a poor job prior to our arrival.

We had such a great time! The condo and entire facility was wonderful!! We definitely want to visit again!

The room was great! Plenty of space for everyone and even guests. The balcony was huge and accommodated everyone with room to spare. The kitchen was well stocked led with everything you need for cooking, the pantry space was good too. Loved that there was a washer and dryer to be able to do a couple of times during the week instead of waiting to once I got home. The only downfall is there was no walk in shower as the tubs are high.

I paid for an early check in that was not granted because “we have a shortage of housecleaning staff 50 house cleaners never showed up for work”. We were allowed access to the unit for 4 pm so we had to killl 3 hours time. When we arrived at the unit it was filthy dirty. I had to clean the unit myself. Sandy floors and carpet. Dirty stovetop and refrigerator. The bathroom sinks still had toothpaste spit in the sinks and the bathtubs had black dirty wrings of dirt in them. The balcony lights did not work and posed a safety issue. The stove burner, refrigerator, kitchen and bathroom sink needed fixing. One of the mattresses was good for the garbage. The only way to communicate all these concerns was through text. I sent pictures and was told the “local” staff would come to fix the situations. I had to make multiple complaints to get someone to call me back. I had to fight to get a refund back for the early check in fee and compensation for their short comings. They were in breach of contract from the very first opportunity. I also had to remove the previous guests garbage from the unit. There is no way a supervisor reviewed the cleaning job prior to me gaining access. I would stay far away from this disaster. Apparently it’s a reoccurring problem according to an owner who told me while I was in the elevator! The pool to the A building was closed so all the kids wound up in the adult pool with the swimming up bar. Definitely not worth the money for so many inconveniences.

This was a great time. The views are spectacular. We were able to enjoy all the festivities without it being overpopulated with visitors. The great weather allowed us to view the beautiful sunrise and sunset for the entire week. Simply amazing.

We loved our stay at the sanctuary! The unit was so well equipped, clean, nice furnishings, and everything supplied! We were there during hurricane Ian and the staff called to check on us and make sure everything was ok and the owner was amazing with us! We love the many amenities even if we didn’t get to use them. A303 is perfect! Will definitely be visiting again next year! Thank you!!!!
