This house was perfect for our annual Mother’s Day girls trip! Kitchen was well stocked, couch was very comfy, and the dining tables were large to accommodate our group for meals and games. Thank you for a great home away from home!

The home was nice and spacious and had beautiful views of the ocean but needed some upgrades to the back screened porch because the door was difficult to open but otherwise everything was great

I would go back in a heart beat. The property, the view, the beach, perfection.

It was very nice and roomy, perfect for our needs. It was also clean. It could use a little touch up and attention to detail. There were broken blinds, peeling paint, and a tear in the sofa. Additionally on our last night, we realized the porch light did not work, which made navigating the outside steps difficult.

We had a wonderful time staying at Neptune II. The house layout was perfect for big families or multi family stays. Sand gets everywhere, but that is expected when at the beach!!

My family and I really enjoyed the house tremendously. Bedrooms was spacious, bathrooms clean along with the kitchen and dining room area. Family enjoyed the pool. A little more mantianance to improve it a little more will go a long way. P.s. the sofa had a rip in it. But that didn't deter us one bit..

The house has a beautiful view, great location and really nice layout. However, many items are outdated and dingy. There is a thick carpet in the bedrooms and going up the staircases. With the sand and sunblock it always feels dirty. The appliances in the kitchen need to be replaced. The ice machine doesn't work in the refrigerator, the oven takes very long to cook anything, the cabinets are dirty and chipping. The outdoor furniture is uncomfortable and the dining table outside is an old chipped wood picnic bench. There is no umbrella at the pool and it gets full sun. Our smoke detector kept going off for no reason, the pool liner is falling off of the wall, the AC stopped working but was fixed quickly. The property manager was very responsive and we still had a great time, but the house needs so TLC for sure.

Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family pool was nice to have.

The house was so perfect in its day. It’s not well maintained though which caused us some frustration. The AC problem was promptly resolved which was the most important issue. The appliances have some issues and the screens are almost all ripped. Step outside the house and see the beach and it’s easy to overlook everything!

TV was not setup, one DW heating element not working, one toaster not working, several room lamps not working, several screens were torn and one screen was missing and there were a lot of flies in the house. Vacasa Mgmt we’re good and sent TV techs to address problems. With this in mind if we had wives with us the house would have been poorly rated.

Loved the location and the house

The home was spacious with a beautiful view. Great for large gatherings with family and kids.

Grill was rusted out, it took two days to replace. I then called about oven issues, your employee was rude and hung up on me, the oven did get fixed before dinner. Both incidents and employee showed up, he saw the grill when we moved in. Also, they said the oven was a known issue. Half bathroom on main floor was also out of order. Sliding doors were littered with dead bugs. Also, two chairs were broken on the deck.

The layout

Neptune II was a wonderful place to celebrate a family reunion and grandmothers 80th birthday. Plenty of space and places to sit. And what a view! I’m giving 4 stars because it does need some TLC throughout. The house slept 20 but only had 2 beach chairs. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice to have more.

We had a group of 13 stay in this house and it was more than comfortable for us! There were enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean and we appreciated the amenities that came with it. The two large dining tables were great for us too! I’m thankful for the Vacasa team as well for being so responsive to all of my questions prior to checking in. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Old water leaks throughout the living room kitchen area too. The use of duct tape was used on the upstairs flooring to hold flooring in place. Outside deck furniture needed cleaned prior to sitting. The exterior windows were covered in dirt, sand and cob webs. The pool are was nice

We had a great time with our children and grandchildren. To many stairs for me and the house could use some sprucing up especially outside. All in all I would recommend it as we all had a great time.
