This property is very spacious. Kids had plenty of room and we loved the sunset view from the balcony. It is in the grand complex so easy access to pool, the grand and baytowne. However, property is dated. The AC is so loud you have to yell over it and watching tv is difficult bc you have to put it so loud. The fridge was not working, we reached out and in the middle of night got a response that it takes awhile for it to cool down. 🙄 by midmorning the next day our milk was spoiled, my son's birthday cake was warm and we lost all the food we had bought to cook that night and next morning. The knob for the washer was missing. Behind the lint trap had not been cleaned in forever, so we cleaned it out before using bc we were afraid to run it that clogged. The light and ceiling fan in master was not working. Overall the property is fine, but with just alittle more attention it could be a great property.

Had plenty of space and great location.

The resort area is awesome- lots to see, do, and eat. Nice pool and village. The unit itself is a great size and perfect for a small family. It was not well kept. Very outdated/ stained furniture and carpet throughout. Limited cookware (no pans even though there is a stove). We pulled back the sheets on the master and on top of the fitted sheet found hair, scabs, boogers, etc. We had a lot of maintenance issues- broken fan/ light in the master (switch was shorting out and unsafe), washer and dryer dirty and unusable until it was vacuumed out and multiple rinse cycles run, broken screen door, broken toilet seat, etc. housekeeping and maintenance did come out and resolve most of these issues, but not exactly what I was hoping to spend my time on while on vacation.’

It was really good. We had to leave early because we had a death in the family. The ceiling fan and light in the bedroom didnt work. Everything else was great!

We enjoyed this property. Lots of fun things to do on-site with multiple pools, hot tubs, shops, and entertainment options. We only got in the car once to explore. The free trams take you to the Sandestin beach access and the sugar sand and waves did not disappoint. Great stay.

When I first stepped through the door I was like wow this is so beautiful and the view of the bay through the large back windows is great. Then I proceeded to do my walk through for cleanliness. Overall it was clean but then I noticed a lot of damaged items. The screen on the door had holes and was not hanging correctly. The patio furniture had holes and on was completely broke. Multiple holes/tares in the living room funiture. The master bedroom's lights and fans were not working and the dishwasher was broken. I immediately called and informed vacasa so I wouldn't be blamed and the lady told me no problem she'll send maintenance man. They never showed so nothing got fixed my entire stay.

Very clean room!!Everyone was very nice and friendly everything was within walking distance and driving distance and would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful views and very spacious. Great for families visiting the beach!
