This property was perfect as was the neighborhood! Very comfortable. We had a great time. The hostess was very helpful and attentive.

We had a fabulous trip. Every day we took the metro into DC and saw the sights of the National Mall and/or toured the museums of the Smithsonian. And in the evening we came back to make a delicious meal in the full kitchen and eat in dining room that comfortably seated all of us, followed by a movie in the downstairs activity room and then a great night’s sleep in the comfortable beds.

Maggie was a fantastic host. Super responsive and offered great tips for local spots to check out. Location was fantastic only a block from King St which has tons of great restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful stay in Alexandria. The house was adorable, clean, and the host clearly took extra care to ensure our stay was special. Maggie was wonderful! Clear communication and prompt in all messaging. She even gave a recommendation to visit a local attraction that became the highlight of our stay! Highly highly recommend!!

The host Maggie was very accommodating and responsive- the property was prefect for our family of 4 and amazing location for walking distance to shopping , dining and the Metro - highly recommend

Beautiful property. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Clean and well appointed, with all amenities covered. The location cannot be beat. Within short walking distance of cafes, shops, restaurants and public transportation.
Maggie was super quick to respond to any inquiries and questions. Checked in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was as expected.
Would love to stay here again next time we’re in the DC area.

We were a group of 4 couples - great to each have our own room! Awesome location in the heart of Alexandria- just 1 bloom away from King street. House was very clean. Be aware, it’s an older home with lots of original charm (which is made very clear in the description) so the noise does travel though the house and there is street noise from traffic - didn’t really bother us since we weren’t sleeping in. Foam ear plugs were provided should you want to use them and all the rooms had nice black out curtains. Kitchen well stocked for with essentials if you were wanted to cook a meal. Host was excellent at communicating. Overall, would highly recommend!

Old Town West is the most charming house with all the modern conveniences and in walking distance of King Street with so many shops, restaurants and coffee places- even Turkish coffee. Maggie made booking, planning for our stay and even extending our stay so easy. She responds quickly through the app. Check in instructions were a breeze and she made the house rules and parking recommendations very clear. Parking is the only reason I gave the location and neighborhood 3 stars. It takes some planning to ensure you’re not ticketed but Maggie makes it easy to know what to do.
The house itself is a mix of old and new. We really loved it and appreciated the comfortable beds in every room. The kitchen has all you need to cook. We will definitely plan to stay here again.
