This property was everything we needed and more! It was clean, big, well stocked with kitchen items and fun beach items, it was exactly as specified in the description. The property manager assisted us quickly anytime we had questions. The pool was the perfect temperature and it was super clean and well kept, the instruction manual and info book was great to review, all of the rooms were nice and the bathrooms large and clean. 4 of the rooms share 2 bathrooms (2 rooms with Jack and Jill in between), and two bedrooms with own bathrooms, the living areas were great when the weather was not - or when we needed a break. The walk to the beach was easy and close, and the neighbors that we met were so kind! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and property, grand kids loved the beach and pool. The house was very comfortable. We highly recommend it to other families.

We took married and unmarried kids and granddaughter - room for everyone! And 'space' to cook, relax, nap, tv or beaching. It's all there.

Property was conveniently located close to the beach and shopping areas which made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well stocked and an assortment of beach and pool toys were available. The layout of the home was perfect for casual dining and conversation. Debra Piro, property manager responded promptly to our requests. Pool was well maintained and always clean. Unfortunately, the interior furnishings were somewhat "tired" and the exterior could use some care. We arrived after heavy rains and the house smelled musty for the duration of our stay.

It would be nice to have lights in the pool for night swimming. These would not take away from a five star rating. It is a very short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. Kailua Beach is a few minutes drive. Spectacular! Debbie Piro was so helpful and accommodating. She was so responsive with all our questions. The owner as well is the easiest person to work with. For the most part the property is very nice and plenty of rooms for accommodation but it needs some TLC. Overall the property was clean with the exception of bathrooms needing a Deep Clean inside and outside of showers where soap residue on tiles could be seen as well as bathroom floor. We stopped anyone from using the Pool Bathroom Shower after our first day. Water would flow through the enclosure door and flood the floor soaking the bath mat. Looks like the doors needs replacement or readjustment. Kitchen sink caulking is separated from sink and needs to be replaced. Master bedroom door to deck needs repair and some WD40. A piece of flooring located to the right of the Master Bedroom Fan Control and directly under middle of window next to the control needs repair where a small portion has broken through.. Launi sliding doors could use WD40 on the rollers for ease of opening. The property advertises use of a rooftop deck but yet there was no furniture. Decking needs work as well where boards are warped and cracking. Roof soffit needs repair as well where boards are separated from roof with some rot. During our stay we killed 9 Cockroaches, called property manager for a exterminator and killed 2 more after before we left. Cement walkway and walls around pool and patio could use pressure washing. Photoelectric Switch for driveway gate needs to be replaced where we had two situations where gate closed while cars were waiting to leave driveway. One car had damage under rear drivers side door. Other than what is mentioned the property was very accommodating for our family vacation. Mahalo

There is a bar-b-que. There is a bedroom with a double bed on the 1st floor (no closet), on the 2nd floor there is a Main Suite and 4 bedrooms with 2 “jack-and-jill” bathrooms. And on the 3rd floor another large bedroom with an attached small room with a trundle bed and another bathroom. All bedrooms have individual air conditioners. The common rooms on the ground floor have fans, but no a/c. We ran into some maintenance issues, but the property manager responded promptly. Unfortunately, not all was fixed during our stay. The refrigerator takes a long time to make ice and does not hold temperature well, but the repair person said it was working fine. We ended up buying bags of ice.

The house is wonderful and accommodates a lot of people if needed. The manager is attentive and quickly responds to problems. Short walk to the beach, the location is great! Will definitely be staying here again.

the property was everything and more. My family had the trip and memories of a lifetime. Having said that, I am having to pursue litigation to get my deposit back from VRBO. They said, "we sent it." I have searched my bank transactions and so has my bank. There has been no attempt to send me my 2k. Just know, you'll loose 2000 if you stay here.

We had 8 adults and 7 children on this trip. The house was large enough for us and very well appointed. There were a couple of things that needed attention and Debra, the property manager, responded promptly and made things right! We particularly liked that there were LOTS of beach towels as we spent so much time in the pool and at the beach!

We are a party of 10 adults enjoying an overdue holiday.. Lots of space.. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, pool amazing shopping and groceries near by but most importantly the 🌴�Stunning Beach was a minimal 5min walk. Above all and most importantly our property mgr Debra was awesome and accommodating to our every need. Mahalo and we will certainly come back next trip..it will not disappoint

It couldn’t have been better

What a wonderful home - even better in person than in the photos! It was absolutely perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. The 13 of us needed space and this home gave us exactly what we needed. It is beautifully maintained and stocked with everything from beach towels and boogie boards to infant pack and plays and paperback books. They really thought of everything! The kitchen has all updated appliances (with 2 refrigerators) and is big enough to accommodate several cooks at once, although we did enjoy dining out at great Kailua restaurants like Uahi Grill and Maui Brewing Co. The Pool is huge and tropical with a large supply of pool toys and it’s just a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous beach with soft sand and blue, blue water. The home’s location makes it a convenient base from which to visit great tourist sites. It was an easy drive to Paradise Cove, Kualoa Ranch, Iolani Palace, Pearl Harbor and more. All in all, this house provided all of us - from the toddlers to the senior citizens - with a magical family vacation experience we could never have gotten at a hotel. We wholeheartedly recommend it! And finally, a big thanks to our host Sri and property manager Debra who were so helpful, welcoming, and immediately responsive to any question we had. Mahalo!

10 adults, 5 children ages 5-16. Plenty of room for everyone!

From the first interaction with our host Sri & manager Debra, to the last we were met with friendly, prompt replys & helpful advice. The property was exactly as described & even better in person. You really have thought of everything in offering this house for holiday rental. So much room for a large family or group, so your'e never under each others feet. Every room tastefully decorated & all beds very comfortable. It's a real bonus having ceiling fans & aircon in every bedroom, something I see as a must when visiting Hawaii. We spent lazy evenings by the pool & wonderful times out & about exploring Oahu & all she offers. From a huge family day at Polynesian Cultural Centre, to a morning at Keanu Farm Climbworks zipline, hours snorkelling at Hanuma Bay to days swimming at Kailua & other beautiful beaches - Oahu did not disappoint. As it wasn't the first time we'd visited Kailua we were able to show other family members her many wonderful eateries & shops. Thank you so much for making our stay & holiday just perfect. Mahalo

We all had a wonderful time. The kids loved the pool. It was a little dip for our 4 year old but he did great with the swimmies provided. Thank you for that.

We had a great time staying at the house. The kids loved the pool and having all that space made having four families together very convenient. The host was very accommodating and helped us with any issues. The house was stocked with beach stuff so we didn't need to get ourselves. Overall a great stay.

Our family of 12 adults and 4 children stayed 9 nights. We were a little worried we’d all be on top of each other, but this was not the case. There is plenty of room for everyone. The pool is beautiful and warm even though we had cooler than the normal weather. Kailua beach, wow! Most beautiful beach I’ve seen, not crowded and just a few minute walk away. Debra was so sweet and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Our group of 13 adults and 3 babies thoroughly enjoyed this home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything needed to cook for a large group. The house was well stocked with plenty of beach and regular towels. There were even lots of pool toys for the kiddos and beach matts and chairs to take for the short walk to the beach. There are plenty of activities within short driving distances and walking to the town for breakfast or coffee is very doable. I highly recommend this home.
