This property was clean and ready exceptionally well maintained. The owner/host has made a really excellent job of making the property work for groups and couples. The pool was excellent, the rooms themselves were well equipped and had all the amenities you’d need for a pleasant and happy stay in this accommodation.

This is a wonderfully spacious modern bright well equipped apartment. It is very well designed and maintained. Our host was great, very friendly and helpful The apartment is located, close to amenities and has lovely sea views and a spacious balcony. We stayed in the penthouse, I would highly recommend it.

Spacious, modern apartment with a heated pool. Sunny balcony with sea view. We appreciated having two bathrooms and free parking on site.

The pool is great, but the patio area is quite small to support 3 apartments, so I imagine in high season there would be considerable competition for the sun beds.

A large spacious apartment, with well thought through facilities and nicely furnished. Designed for larger families and groups (it included a kids' room), we were a family of 4 with two adult children so there was plenty of room spread out. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and various bars / eateries, and a 20 minute walk to Trogir town over the hill.
We didn't use the shared pool.

I liked everything about it and will highly recommend to others. The place is lovely, the owners are super friendly and helpful - even helped us to get to the airport when we couldn't get a taxi! I want to come back and stay for much longer.

These apartments are finished to an extremely high standard - everything is great quality including comfortable beds, balcony with furniture - and everything you would need!
The family who own the building live on the ground floor and were really helpful and quickly responded to any messages.
Finally the cleanliness was ready exceptional!

Amazing apartment, good communication with land lord, clean, very nice pool, modern appartment, good for children. We can truly recommend this place. 3 very large bedrooms with double beds. balcony with seaview.

ideal brand new apartment minutes from the beach and restaurants shops etc and yet 10 minutes drive from the airport and 29 minutes walk into Troghir managed by a kind host

Very nice location just 50 metres away from beach. And on this 50 metres way to beach there is already shop and restaurant. 1,7 km walk to Trogir Old Town also great.
Pool area is not suitable for little children, but beach in front is best of beaches bearby and suits also for babies.

This place is absolutely brilliant. Marko is a great host. Everything is taken care of. The apartment is perfect and the location is great.

Very nice and modern apartment, with parking right on the property. Hosts were very nice. It is located just a stone throw away from the beach and 30 mins walk from Togir.
We would have appreciated an explanation of how the water heating system worked.

The best place I could imagine for my holiday in Croatia. Perfect equipment, clean, modern apartment, lovely owner, perfect area to relax by the swimming pool or sunbath cause the beach is around 100 metres or even less.
I can recommend it for sure.
Its a place where everyone can find something to do.

It was awesome! Beach 50 m, a lot of restaurants on the beach, shop is just at the corner. Owner Marco was always ready to help. We got an idea to have seats for the beach, in 30 min Marco brought them to us.

A very spacious modern apartment with all necessary equipment. Nicely decorated. The two bathrooms were very comfortable for our family of five. Small but cozy pool with a nice outdoor area. Supermarket nextdoor.
