Ryan was very accommodating. The place was super clean and we had everything we needed. Kids had a great time ages 3-11!! We will definitely be back.

I have stayed at several places using VRBO and this host was one of the very best I have experienced. Ryan's communication was prompt and he was very attentive to every need/question, ensuring the stay was perfect. We even had a welcoming bottle of wine waiting for us. The house was spotless and very well stocked. The location on the lake and backyard was perfect. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards that come as part of the rental. We had a wonderful relaxing week at the lake.

Book it! This property is CLEAN, easy to find and located on the quiet side of Lake Norman close to everything we needed (grocery, pharmacy, coffee house, marina, etc.). The home is impeccably maintained, and all updates have been expertly done. The openness of the living area and kitchen serves any size group for interaction with views of the lake. The kitchen amenities are of the quality selected for one's personal home, and well-stocked. For this trip, one of us was working--the bedroom with dual monitors made the "office" work exceptionally well. Additionally, we were accompanied by our dog who enjoyed time on the deck or sleeping in front of the expansive windows. For those with pets, the home has hard surfaces and there were no signs of other pet visits -- a HUGE plus and evidence of the cleaning crew's pride in their work! Access to the lake was easy via the dock whether for a personal/rented boat, swimming in the cove, or use of the provided water toys. The covered dock and seating is a bonus for enjoyment. IF there is something needed, Ryan (the owner) is super responsive! We are considering relocation to the area and had loads of questions; Ryan's openness and responsiveness was especially appreciated! We felt we could ask him anything...I think we asked him everything! When booking a property, the most important element to us is the cleanliness and upkeep. This place is CLEAN and WELL-KEPT along with quality furnishings and appliances.

This was our first trip to Lake Norman and we could not have been happier! This is such a beautiful home! It has everything you need for a relaxing Lake vacation! We loved all of the outdoor areas to gather, enjoy a meal or just relax with a glass of wine. We have rented many vacation properties and Ryan was by far the best! He is very responsive and had wonderful recommendations including to Lake Lyfe to rent a pontoon which he allowed us to keep at his dock. I have already recommended this home to friends and family! Looking forward to returning soon!

Ryan was an incredible host. He assured that everything was taken care of and answered any questions. The house was super clean and updated. We enjoyed the gazebo down by the lake and played with all the yard games Ryan has available. The kids loved the paddle boards and kayaks. We definitely would recommend staying here.

The house was amazing and very accommodate. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for 8. Plently of areas for all of to sit out side together and enjoy the evenings. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We had an excellent stay at this house. Everything is exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable, the house was spacious and also very clean. Lots of nice new appliances and a large Samsung smart TV in the living room. It’s located in a quiet area so you don’t hear a lot of noise from potential loud boats. There is also lots of outside seating to enjoy different sceneries. Ryan was a superior host that made the process very smooth and also checked in on us the day of check-in, during our stay and as we were heading out. He is incredibly responsive, thoughtful and considerate! You can’t go wrong! I would highly recommend booking this place. We will book here again the next time we are at Lake Norman. Thank you Ryan!

We rented this home to celebrate my mom’s 65th birthday. The guests varied from ages 1 to 65 and the house was perfect for us. It was very comfortably laid out and very clean. The location was perfect and the house was very well equipped inside and out. Ryan the manager was also amazing. He checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed before we arrived and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home.

Excellent. There is no other word that better describes our stay. Suggestion We took an Uber to the Hornets game and the lighting in the front of the house could've been brighter as it was somewhat dark getting to the front door when we returned.

Our family stayed at Ryan’s lake house for a weekend of relaxation and that’s just what we got. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed there. The large windows gave us amazing views of the lake. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. We dined at the local restaurants and there’s also a conveniently located grocery store. Ryan was a wonderful host, the lake house was magnificent, and we definitely plan to return.

I reached out to Ryan when my other reservation fell through and he was wonderful! He was so accommodating to my urgent request and the house was perfect! The location is in a great neighborhood that is quiet and the view is beautiful. I enjoyed the open concept of the living room and kitchen and was very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend booking this lake house.

While having one property renovated, I decided to stay at Lake Norman for a month to get away and look for an investment property on the lake. I was planning on hosting friends during weekends as well as Thanksgiving dinner for family - so I needed space and I have a dog. Also, it was important to have an understanding property owner willing to allow me to stay for a whole month. After extensive review of several properties I decided on this Denver property based on pictures (very accurate) and the outstanding reviews of the host, Ryan. When I arrived, I immediately felt at home. Ryan consistently went above and beyond to make certain I had everything I needed for a most comfortable stay: extra cleanings, lots of firewood, periodic check-ins, restaurant and local hot spot recommendations, plenty of paper supplies, and genuine care to make certain my stay was perfect. The kitchen/living area was comfortable for just me - and easily expanded to accommodate 6. All bedrooms and linens were cozy and lush. Ample laundry space. FABULOUS outdoor decks- especially off master - for morning coffee, fire pit area, covered space. Neighbors were exceptionally friendly. Location away from more hectic areas but easily accessible to shopping, dining, and parks. What an exceptional experience - I look forward to returning!

Wonderful Lake Norman property - very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. The outdoor space was fabulous, and included two fire pits that were very enjoyable. The dock accommodated our boat nicely and we loved all the extra amenities i.e. paddle boards, kayaks, etc. The host was very responsive, accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this home if you are considering a visit to the LKN area!

Ryan was amazing with everything, he was simple and clear in communication. The house keypad is easy to get in and out of. Ryan left towels and water for us, the house had plenty of floats/kayaks/paddle boards that’s were easy to slide in! The open kitchen / living room is great for a group time together and bedrooms were all close. We had a great time! Very clean!

I rented this home for 4 nights and 5 days to celebrate Memorial Day and the start of summer with my kids and some extended family. The home was exceptional and the communication with the home owner was outstanding. I've rented over 3 homes on Lake Norman via VRBO in the last month and this was by far the best home. We brought our boat and tied off to the owners dock each day. And we especially enjoyed the seclusion that the surrounding cove provided. Excellent location and close to All Seasons Marina (for gas and ice cream) and close to The Landing Tiki Bar and Restaurant (for Tropical Sno Cones for the kids). We will return and Thanks so much!
