My wife and I stayed 3 nights and loved it. This is a must stay for the price and location. Everything you need is at your fingertips. We would stay again if we are ever in the area!!!

This property was fantastic. It was like staying at our own resort. We loved the pool and outdoor kitchen/seating area. My husband loved catching fish off the dock. The accommodations were great. It was in a quiet location and was very clean and well kept. We used the indoor kitchen a lot and Rose made sure we had everything we needed. She and Charlie were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect since it is close to the beach and has easy access to many cities and beaches that we like to visit. We highly recommend staying here.

This property is as described. Lots of amenities, very comfortable. Lots of outside space for relaxing as well. Great little oasis to enjoy. Hosts were wonderful.

The space was as described. Cute and very clean. Rose and Charlie made us feel very welcome to use the outdoor space which they have made into a relaxing oasis near the water. As hosts they struck the perfect balance between being friendly and informative, and allowing us our space. You will really enjoy your stay here!

Rose and Charlie have a beautiful place. The guest house is comfortable and has everything you need. Can’t recommend this vacation spot enough. They were gracious enough to let us bring our 91 yr old father and his lady friend to stay in their home when hurricane Idalia came through. ( they live in trailers). Having never been in a hurricane, they went above and beyond to calm our fears, and keep us safe. The bay and beach area, beautiful. We were lucky to see dolphins swimming in the bay! So cool. They are truly great people, we love them. We would love to return and visit them and this beautiful property again. Thank you Rose and Charlie, take care of you! Marti and Julie

Nice stay in Tampa on business. Great alternative to Marriott. Quiet area and close to a waterside park. Would recommend.

The property is amazing, just beautiful. Rose & Charlie were wonderful and we enjoyed meeting them. We used the pool everyday, sometimes more than once a day. The bed was very comfortable. There is a hot plate to cook inside or you can use the beautiful outdoor grill/kitchen. The patio area has lights and fans, and an outdoor frig. Rose saw we had clean linens anytime we needed them, along with pool towels. The bathroom had shampoo, cond, and soap. Such a nice touch when traveling by air. The area was quiet and peaceful. They have a gem of a property. Thank you so much Rose & Charlie...hopefully we will see you again!

My girlfriend and myself stayed for a long weekend with Rose and Charlie and had the most incredible rental experience we have ever had. Rose was an immediate delight, welcoming us to the property and showing us around all the amenities. Charlie was kid and great to chat with, he’s kind and generous with a boat load of incredible stories (Charlie will also split your sides with laughter, fair warning….). The space was cute, well kept, and made with lots of attention and care. The backyard area was absolutely beautiful, with perks out the wazoo. A private beach, dolphins in the morning, and incredible hosts ready to assist in any way they can. Rose and Charlie are both phenomenal hosts with loads of spunk and character to help make your trip a memorable one. Apollo beach is a beautiful area with great scenery, kind folks and plenty to do. We absolutely loved our trip to the property and will 100000% be making a trip back next year, and the next, and the next, and the next….

This booking was excellent all around. The property was beautiful and the accommodations in the Guest House were great! I would highly recommend this stay if you need to stay in Apollo Beach. Rose and Charlie were excellent hosts and very friendly.

What a pleasant surprise! The property is well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful waterfront views and a quiet areas to sit and just relax enjoying the views and all the natural beauty of the surrounding area. It rained on one day of our stay however we were able to sit under a covered space and still enjoy the outdoors while enjoying a "Margarita". The indoor space was very clean: extra kudos on that ! The cozy efficiency room containing all the necessities for a relaxing weekend. The kitchenette was a great plus! We recommended the property to our family and friends. We will be coming back on our next visit to Florida. What a great find!

We loved this charming and cozy spot! It was perfect for the two of us. The unit is very clean and comfortable. The pool, outdoor seating area, and little beach were great! The hosts, Rose and Charlie, made us feel right at home! We will be back!

Beautiful property and amazing hosts.

This was the perfect place for me to stay on my trip to the Tampa area. The apartment is separate and private from the main house, and it has access to the bay, a pool, and dock. Very relaxing and quiet. I would stay here again, for sure.

By far the best vacation, hands down. The bungalow shake was so cute and perfect for our accommodation. Rose and Charlie are the most amazing couple i have ever met, so many laughs and tour spot recommendations. Already cant wait to come back! -Casey and James

Rose was a wonderful welcoming host, the guest house was exactly as described. The space was beautiful and Rose thought of everything we could need while we were there. Our only disappointment was finding out that Apollo Beach no longer allows swimming

Our stay was more than we expected thanks to Rose and Charlie. The room/house was small as described but with the amenities who wanted to be inside. We could have cooked on two grills or inside. There was coffee under the pagoda in the morning as well as on the dock over looking the inlet sunset. Rose and Charlie met us and showed us around even offering the screened in pool. We didn’t fully use the stay due to being to busy.

This property is all that is described and more. Your expectations will be met. The host and her husband are lovely people and very welcoming.

Rose and Charlie are fantastic hosts. The accommodations were very comfortable and private. The other amenities on the property far exceeded my expectations. Everything was super clean, well thought out making my stay outstanding!

We had a lovely stay here visiting friends. It was so nice that we could use the outdoor areas for grilling & eating. The pool was heated & very relaxing. We also appreciated the owner’s friendliness.

Lovely property! Easy to get to anything

At first, I was wondering how it would be to rent a place at the owner's residence, but it was wonderful! They were the coolest people on the planet and we had use of the outdoor lounge area and pool. We were visiting friends that live one street over so we didn't use the pool, but it sure looked inviting. We would rent this again in a heartbeat!!

First of all, if this place looks like a shed in a backyard, that's because it is a shed in a backyard, but it is a very nice, climate controlled, perfectly appointed shed in a backyard with good parking and on a lovely spot on the water in Apollo Beach. Highly recommended for an extra bedroom - and definitely better accommodations that any local hotel can offer.
