Very nice apartment. Great beds and met all needs. A bit further out than we recognized (my mistake), but beach not crowded and nice town. Great stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, the bay and shops. There is a view of the bay from the balcony and the pool was quiet and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfortable as well.

The accomodations were perfect for my sister and I. I loved the balcony and having my morning coffee out there. Also, the sunsets were gorgeous.

This was our family’s first visit to OBX. I was a bit nervous in planning our trip, and messages Laura quite a few times with a million questions. She was so helpful and responsive and really helped make our trip successful. The condo was perfect and just as described. We felt right at home and all had plenty of space - even with our 40 pound doodle pup! With easy and quick access to the sound, a pool, and the beach, my teenagers were never bored which made for a peaceful week for my husband and I. And thanks to the close proximity to the Hatteras Ferry, we were even able to spend a day at Ocracoke Island. We had an amazing week!

We love staying at this condo! Everything is extremely clean it's convenient to everything the pool is extremely clean and never more than a handful of people in it and the neighbors who are permanent residents are very welcoming and wonderful! I really feel like it's our second home and every year we try to add it another day because it's just so hard to leave once you get there!!!

Very clean and well furnished condo. Absolutely perfect for us and our fur baby Location is fabulous with a short walk to the ocean or paddle right out into the sound. Very comfy beds, modern bathrooms and comfy living room furniture. Although we didn’t use the pool, it looked sparkling clean. Parking, check in and check out were a breeze. Po House a very short walk with excellent local seafood and great service. We’ll be back!!

Was our first time staying in Avon and we loved it! This was such a cute little condo for us and an easy walk to the beach and near lots of great restaurants. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Would recommend.

This is a really nice place. It was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well outfitted! The knives were sharp, the pots were well kept and not scratched. I always make my own meals when I travel, so really these two things are important to me! I like how they keep things so clean and neat. There is a locker downstairs that I kept my windsurfing gear in. A well maintained laundry room on premise (bring quarters!). Nice grassy rigging area, and a short walk to Ocean Air’s launch beach. I’m looking forward to going back!!!

Very nice condo. Could use some inexpensive throw rugs. Also bedding was too fragrant of perfume like smell. Had to air out to tolerate smell. Could hear walking around upstairs. Overall enjoyed our stay and liked the condo amenities.

We had the absolute best time! The condo was beautiful. The pool was our favorite morning hang out spot. Very conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The beach was just a few minutes from our front door. We highly recommend this property. If you’re on the fence…just do it!

Beautifully decorated, recently renovated soundside condo. I would definitely consider staying again in future. We had a little trouble locating the property when we arrived on first night.

My family stayed in the condo for a few days prior to checking into our main house with a larger group. The condo was perfect, exceptionally clean, and close to all things in Avon. We will definitely return in the future!

This property was excellent!! It had everything you needed in one spot, it was the cleanest place I have ever rented! Our only disappointment was that we weren't able to stay longer! Seven nights was not enough!! We will definitely be back next year if they will have us!! The pictures do this vacation spot no justice! It is nothing like it looks in the photos it is absolutely amazing!

We loved this place. It was clean and smelled good. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Easy walk to beach and coffee shop. The pool is great. Beautiful sunsets! My hosts were so accommodating with everything. I would highly recommend staying here!!

The location was excellent with ample parking and great pool. The beach is across the street but a long walk so difficult for children. We ended up driv8ng to Frisco Beach which was much easier. The condo was a nice space but very few amenities. Only 1 roll of paper towels, only 1 rag per person (no extra towels or linens provided), only one dishwasher pod and very few cooking supplies. We had to buy extra rags, paper towels, etc. The hosts did provide good restaurant and activity recommendations and were very quick to respond. Overall good stay for the price considering the location and environment but amenities could be more.

Amazing location, perfectly equipped, lovely community! If you’re looking for a low-key OBX experience, Avon is the place. Laura and John have a lovely spot that is perfectly located between the beach and sound. The hosts and neighbors made us feel at home; Laura and John were incredibly responsive and attentive. Pool was a gamechanger too! 10/10 recommend. We’ll be back!

Walked in and felt liked we were home. We had everything from tissues to pot and pans. Great vacation, very quiet, enjoyed the balcony and seeing the sun go down. Hope to see you next year. Thank You very much The Wright Family
