Convenient. Great for family.

Perfect place for our large group ! Lots of space and very comfortable! Love the location and option of taking advantage of Main resort’s restaurants and activities. Having the beach and pool close and convenient was a plus for the kiddos. And what an amazing view!! Many sites to see within close proximity and easy to get to if desired :). Away from the hustle and bustle but conveniently located for many options! Thank you for sharing your property with us !!

Beautifully appointed and conveniently located, this unit is one of the best at Turtle Bay! The bunk room is unique and the beds are so comfortable. We rented a cabana for the day at the resort, which was really easy. Communication was always prompt and helpful. Thank you!

Beautiful 4 bedroom condo on second level w/ views of the ocean! Fully stocked w/ everything our family needed for our 6 day stay. Boogie boards and snorkel gear were added bonuses. Very easy to text/communicate w/ owner. One suggestion is to add more beach chairs & at least another umbrella coz the Hawaii sun can burn. Other than that, we had an awesome stay! Thanks!

Amazing location and view, right on the ocean which was perfect for our extended family gathering together. Wonderful space to have gathering time and be able to walk to the beach and enjoyed snorkeling :) Great location and highly recommend the Polynesian Cultural Center and the beautiful beaches on the north shore!

This really is the Ultimate location. So peaceful and away from the traffic of Honolulu. Close to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Dole Plantation, Golf, Horseback riding, and watching the surfers. My grandkids Loved the Beach and Pool, there were plenty of beach toys and boards for them. You are steps from both, they have lounge chairs, umbrellas and covered lounge beds available to rent. The property is so well manicured everyday. Our Host Kalin was so Nice and Accommodating, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!!

The location is the best. Beach is really nice but not very many fish to see (murky for us) but turtles were around which made my granddaughters year! THe condo is nice. It is not pristine, needs a few TLC items but perfect set up for our family. 4 adults 4 children.

Very clean, beautiful views, top of the line appliances, and the beds were so comfortable we didn't even miss our beds at home! We hope to be back soon!

Absolutely great location, just steps to the beach. Beach and pool fantastic for kids. Access to resort restaurants and bars a plus. Groceries just a short drive. The whole family had a fabulous time.

Nice location & very nice unit! need extra amenities in the unit. View is not only what we paid. Kalin was not as helpful as we thought. Over all our family has a great time. Mahalo!

What a beautiful place to spend a few days. The only problem we had was finding the unit. Could use more precise directions once you enter turtle bay. We had 10 people in the unit and did not feel crowded at all. The unit is exactly as described.

Beautiful home, great amenities, amazing location and view. The coffee maker stopped working and the owner bought a new one and dropped it off same day- he was very responsive to any text or message sent. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was from 8/1/22 to 8/4/22 (3 nights), the peak of the hot summer weather. The online advertising stated the 4-bedroom unit had two air conditioners. During our entire 3-night stay, one of the 2 air conditioners was not working. As a result two of the four bedrooms (sleeping 5 guests), were humid, warm, and uncomfortable, especially at night. The ac repair person who made a trouble call on the 3rd day, was not able to repair the ac unit.

Highly recommended! We'll be going back next year.

We loved the location. All ages enjoyed it. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We were unaware of some of the rules. Maybe you did list them but none of us noticed them. We were reprimanded for staying out on the balcony passed 10pm talking. Also was reprimanded for hanging the beach towels on the balcony to dry. I just thought it would save some energy. I hope we didn’t upset or offend anyone about this.

It was wonderful!!

We were 2 families who shared this condo and had kids ranging from 16 to 8 years old. The condo is tasteful, spacious and modern. You have everything you need in the space, including a nice lanai with an ocean view. Kalin, the property manager, was mostly very responsive. NO access to Turtle Bay resort. The reason we have rated this stay low is because we were consistently treated as second class citizens during our stay. When we went and sat on beach chairs right in front of the condo, we were informed that since we were not hotel guests, we would need to pay $40 for 2 chairs for 1/2 day. Another day, there were not chairs, even though we were willing to pay, because only hotel guests are allowed to reserve them in advance. When the kids went to use the slide at the resort pool, they were told they could not since they were not hotel quests. There is a "guard" at the slide who checks on the kids. Sadly, it was the 8 year old's birthday. We were asked to leave the resort pool, as well, after having spent a large amount on drinks and food. We see Kalin has amended the listing now to state that the resort amenities are not available for guests of this condo, but we did not know that when we paid the high price for it. We could have rented a condo with a tiny pool and pay-to-rent beach chairs anywhere in the Hawaiian Islands for much less. We rented this one because we believed we had access toTurtle Bay resort. We could not find beach toys and were again forced to contact Kalin to find that there is a key in the condo for a storage unit on the first floor. Codes.. You need lengthy, difficult-to-recall codes to get to the beach, pool, parking lot, gate. You need them in both directions as well. It was an ongoing joke of all the guests about what a hassle it is. The access to the beach area is not easy from this second floor unit. You have to take an elevator or stairs and navigate the building to get to the exit toward the beach. And stop off at the storage unit on your way to gather your beach gear. If you do decide to stay here, note that the closest grocery store is 20 minutes away and make sure you stop on your way. The restaurants at the resort are reservation heavy and hard to get into. Positives! The beach is swimmable. There is some snorkeling right there at the beach, although just very small fish and few and far between. There is a nice hike available right off the resort, but we only found out about it from another guest.

This property was absolutely wonderful. It is a beautiful condo that has all the amenities needed. We enjoyed a family vacation with seven adults. Is was wonderful to have the large kitchen with everything needed to cook meals. The grounds are gorgeous and meticulously maintained. We enjoyed being able to walk right out to several beaches and walking trails. We also enjoyed visiting the restaurants at the Turtle Bay Resort.

We had 10 family members staying at this villa. It is spacious enuf where you don’t feel crowded at any time. We ate in and cooked all our meals using the well equipped kitchen from a 15 lb prime rib to pies and cookies. We walked along a multitude of trails nearby but you have to do some research to find the various trailheads. Once found they are clearly marked. Ask at the hotel. Nice and close to the beach. The villa has your chairs etc for a day at the beach. You’ll have to rent the chairs located at the beach if you want to use those. Turn right or left when leaving Turtle Bay for Foodland grocery market and gas stations. Only a 10-15 min drive. We loved our stay! Kalin catered to our every need and nothing was left unanswered. We all had a fabulous time.

Everything went very smoothly from touch down in Hawaii to lift off. The property manager was great and I felt prepared to have a great time, which we did. Our party was myself, my two boys (men), their partners and two grandchildren. The grandchildren were over the moon with the bunkbed room! We enjoyed the beach, the pool and having a washer/dryer in the villa was a big plus! I want to take a moment to plug the restaurants within walking distance of the villa. Also, the other restaurants when we were out and about. Excellent food and service each and every meal we shared! Not always the case in a resort atmosphere, but this was really extraordinary! Great family vacation villa!

Great place to stay. It was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Had access to lots of beach toys which was fun for the kids.

The villa is exactly how described on the listing. The views are beautiful and the resort is gorgeous. The villa itself is clean and large and beautiful. It worked great for our family of 8. We enjoyed the beach and snorkeling in the bay and the pools in the resort were amazing. Kalin the property manager as accessible and easy to work with. We enjoyed the North Shore vibe - more laid back than Honolulu and tons of yummy food trucks and small local restaurants. Overall the house and the experience was a solid 10! Mahalo!
