Excellent for 4 couples getaway!

Overall the house was nice we really enjoyed it. A couple things I noticed was I thought it said we were to receive a complimentary bottle of wine which we didn’t receive and also both outside trash containers were full. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Only some difficulty with Roku, poor internet connection with lots of "buffering" with TV viewing. Lovely, comfortable king sized beds in every bedroom! Would highly recommend!

This is a great house, especially with a large group! Nice big, super comfy beds, two full bathrooms for all of us girls to get ready, great main floor layout to hang out, very close to downtown and walkable to Loose Caboose. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was great! Clean, well laid out, and the beds were AMAZING! Definitely would stay again!
There were 3 things that were concerning.
1. No hand rails on the front porch stairs, nor the stairway to 2nd floor.
2. The Hvac floor vent in the kitchen wasnt screwed down and waa a trip/cut hazard.
3. The thermostats were hard to set and stay at tbe desired temp.

What exactly what is needed for 4 couples for 4 bedroom. Only issue was the second bathroom's shower will not heat up! Had to use the downstair's shower. Ran water for several minutes to heat up and never did. Would be an issue if you needed for many people, we only had 3. Much room, VERY. comfortable beds and linens, large kitchen and dining area, great coffee station and very much appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine to introduce us to the area as well as information to read of area and soaps, shampoos, hair dryer...everything you need. Just need a hot water heater for upstairs shower!

Loved this house. Very nice to have king beds in all the rooms, beds & pillows were very comfortable. One minor issue while we stayed & the host was very responsive & took care of it right away. Would definitely stay here again!

4 couples for two nights. Had a wonderful stay in this historic town. Walking distance to many places. Accommodations were everything we expected. Nice gazebo for outdoor seating. Would stay there again.

We had a group of 4 couples staying at the property. It was clean and the check in was easy. Most of the group took the train to Hermann and it was not even a mile walk to the house. We were sad that most of the wineries closed at 6pm but the table at the home allowed us to bring some bottles back and play games at the large table. I liked that all the rooms were basically the same with large beds so there wasn't anyone who felt like they got the "kids" room. The coffee machines in the morning were great to have. We would stay there again.

The house was very nice, We liked the outside area. The gazebo was cool.

Check-in was at 2pm but when we arrived we were told to stay outside because house wasn't ready yet it would be 15 minutes. That 15 minutes turned into 45 minutes. We gathered in the gazebo and visited until house was ready. House was very clean and just what we expected. The only thing I would recommend is that towel hooks be added to back of doors or somewhere because we didn't know what to do with all the wet towels after showers.

The house was very inviting. The beds were all very comfortable. Bedding and linens that were provided were great! Kitchen is stocked with what is needed to fix meals. Several coffee makers and coffee options.Gazebo offered a place to sit and visit as a group outside. Nice driveway to park off of the road. The only downfall to our stay was cold showers, couldn't get very hot water and when we did it didn't last long( mentioned it to Angie at our departure and she said she would have that looked at )

Easy to book. Communication with manager was perfect. The house was just what we needed for a weekend stay in Hermann. As described, clean, comfortable and had what we needed. King beds and location were the two main reasons we chose the house. Trolley picked us up at the house and would drop us off.

We will definitely stay again! This place was perfect for our family to stay while celebrating my sister’s 30th birthday! Our family was very pleased with the location and responsiveness of the property and its owners. We will come back!

This place was perfect for 4 couples. All of the rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The inside is well done and while it could use a little work on the exterior, the place is nicer than it looks in the pics. I believe this is a newer BnB, so once they get to the outside, it'll be a 10/10 vs 9/10. We enjoyed the firepit patio after a day out around Hermann. It is a hair outside of walking distance to "downtown" for my liking, but the trollies will pick you up at your place upon request. Great place and I highly recommend it for a group stay! Thank you!

We would definitely rent this property again. There was no list of things to do before we checked out like other places. Yay! Property owner was easy to contact if we had a question.
