Property and stay was great. Great view of ocean from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. Plan on staying there again when we return to the area.

This was our first Mother/daughter (age 7 & 12) beach trip! And our first visit to Mexico Beach. The condo was SO bright and spacious. The view was amazing and even with just my girls and I, the walk to the beach was completely doable. The condo had a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella as well! It was just perfection! We spent our days on the beach and our evenings in the pool. The covered parking was an added perk and the condo had an elevator for easy transport of things! We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. BUT, there is always a but. We noticed in the second bedroom that one of the windows did not lock properly. We contacted management and was notified that the on sight help would be by the correct the issue but that never happened. My daughters and I all slept together in the master bedroom locked in because we were nervous for our safety. Everything else was perfect and I’m sure others have not noticed this issue. We loved our stay overall. ❤️

Loved the access to the beach and pool area. Beach was beautiful and room was comfortable. Great place for small family.

This condo is comfortable, spacious, & pleasantly located away from the crazy hustle & bustle of PCB. We loved Mexico Beach, fishing with KC Sport fishing & exploring Port St Joe. So relaxing!

Short trip to explore the emerald coast for our next big vacation.

Excellent location. Lovely, but minimal furnishings. It was a fabulous place for a sort stay. However, we were snowbirding for a month. We were disturbed there were no instructions on how to use the cable tvs, dvr and sound bar. The local agent helped with the tvs, but couldn't figure out the rest. The screen doors did not slide, so we're unusable (one kept falling off). The local agent had to bring us more glasses (one large and three small were the original stock). All the light bulbs were only 60 watt, so we bought. 100 watt to be able to see to read. The towel rack fell off the first day in the second bathroom. There were only two balcony chairs, yet the property advertised for four guests, so we bought a camp chair (as there were three of us). But what we will always remember is that you were not allowed to wear shoes in the unit (we abided by that), but the hardwood floors and rugs were absolutely filthy! Our socks were literally black by the end of each day. My sister left one pair on display with a note as a clue to the cleaning crew. All this being said, we e joked our month, but feel the property owners or managers need to take a closer look at the livability for long term rentals.

Great place to stay. Beach looks great but our trip was so short so didn’t get to really experience it. May have to come back and try again

Everything was great. Place is exactly as described. Great view off the balcony. If I had a negative it would be traffic noise while sleeping in the bedroom closest to the street. Will stay again for sure though. I will pick the back bedroom next stay.

The condo is decorated superbly, nicely stocked, and super cozy. The home town feel of Mexico Beach was just what we needed to relax & reflect. Thank you.

Great spot to stay. Right across the street from the beach. Beach and area was clean. You have to drive some to find eating but that’s a good trade for the quiet area. Only negative is they did not have some of the things they had listed which we did not take and ended up having to buy (such as hair dryer). We called to have them replaced but they said we would have to find a store to buy some and they would reimburse us. Other than that it was a great stay!

The place was very well-maintained and clean and had all new upgraded appliances, very comfortable and the accommodations were great, The location was very nice and very short walk to the beach and the pool and the hot tub was an extra bonus…

The whole experience was awesome look forward to coming back.

Was it on ground floor, only comics available text no phone number, can not see beach from room. The small road you have to cross to beach is a bust hwy. no sea shells on Mexico Beach! You have to go down to State park on the pennical. No place to eat out, have to go to Sj for restaurants. I hav added a extra day to our stay, they took my money confirmed then on last day housekeeping came to clear she called them they told her room needed to be ready for new people at 4, she knocked again final Got owner phone number the rude manwould not even try to check my confirmation he said WE HAD TO. BE OIT IN ONE HOUR!

We had an amazing stay in this beautifully decorated condo. It was immaculately clean and comfortable, just a short walk from the beautiful white sand beach. We loved our visit!

Plenty of room. Two bedrooms and two baths make it accommodating for any group of four. Nice view of the ocean with easy access to the beach. All appliances are first rate. Made for an enjoyable two day getaway.

We absolutely loved our time at the condo. It was beautifully decorated, and very clean! Also well stocked so that was great since most places to eat are closed on Monday and Tuesday there. We were able to get fresh shrimp from the shell shack and still had a quick easy yummy meal. The bed in the master was super soft and comfy and the 2nd room offered a firmer still comfy mattress. We have small children 1 & 4 and were concerned they would be to noisy for a condo but once your inside you don't even know you have neighbors! The beach is a short walk across the street and seems to be not as crowded as other areas We passed. In the mornings we had the beach to ourselves and the night too when we walked and looked for crabs. It was rainy one day so after we hauled everything back up it was easier to take the kids to the pool that afternoon and they loved it as well. Super clean and no one there but us! We would love to make this our go to place when we return!! Highly recommend!!!

This was a great place to stay. The staff at Vacasa was very pleasant and on top of the entire rental process. Highly recommend!
