The location was perfectly suited for our visit to Pinellas county. Walking distance to nearly everything. Karen made our stay simple and easy with communication throughout.

The house was clean and had more than enough of what we needed. It was in a very nice location. We will be back!

Very convenient and such a cute property. We never heard any noise or music coming from the bar across the street and we were in #4 closest to the bar. Free pass to Honeymoon Island saves $8 a day. We never ran out of paper products with 3 girls for 4 nights. Washer and dryer and detergent were a big convenience for washing our beach towels. The unit had everything we needed even for cooking meals. Great ice maker and water on the fridge tastes great. Overall an amazing stay with lots of good information and communication from Karen. Thank you Karen!!! We will definitely be back. FYI: Bath towels are really small so we used the beach towels instead. Beach chairs provided were very low to the ground.

Ive been renting cottages for 43 years and Mai Tai Suites was the best overall cottage. It had everything I needed and more. Beach towels and a cooler for example. Easy to communicate with the owner. Local information provided in advance so I could plan my stay. It was quiet at night, always a plus. Great location. Comfy beds and linens. Beautifully furnished. I'll be back.

Beautiful condo that has been recently updated. Fantastic location to beach, Pinellas Trail, restaurants, Dunedin and Palm Harbor. Honeymoon Island pass an added plus!! Will come again.

Exterior is old Florida style but interior is nicely updated with quality materials. Very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Convenient location recommend highly.

A great two bedroom suite apartment at the Mai Tai. Great space for living room/ kitchen. All the essentials. Walked over to Brenda's on the causeway for Breakfast (great diner spot). Watched some baseball at Hurricane Eddie's. Walked to Anglers 360 Tackle Shop for all your fishing needs for your trip to Causeway or Honeymoon Island. A short hop to downtown Dunedin and plenty of other essentials nearby to make any stay a success. Karen also does a great job of communication and provides a great scouting report ahead of your arrival of all best attractions so you don't waste time researching. Hope to stay again next year.

Great place, super clean, well furnished and stocked with necessities. Perfectly located for everything, the beaches and parks, downtown attractions and more. Karen was a great host, and was very informative so we could get our vacation started on the right track.

Mai Tai suites location was fantastic, in close proximity to Honeymoon Island State Park. Just a short drive to downtown Dunedin. The unit was exceptionally clean and felt very cozy! There is a bar very close to the property and unfortunately it was very loud one of the nights we stayed. Overall, would definitely recommend this place to others!

there was absolutely nothing wrong with the property itself. It was clean, had all the amenities that you could need. It was close to Honeymoon Island with the bonus of a pass to use to enter. Also close to beaches and the Pinellas bike trail that we used often. The only downside was the location. It was behind a bait shop where the workers were sometimes out behind working on their outdoor coolers. We were also across the street from an open air bar that was sometimes noisy into the night. overall, we enjoyed our stay and Karen was very easy to communicate with.

This was a cute 2 bedroom suite. Kitchen was fully equipped which was nice for cooking. Great access to the Dunedin Causeway and state park. We enjoyed both. We were here to watch Blue Jays Spring training and was an easy 8 - 10 mi. Drive. Would recommend this suite

A great place and location to visit with my family living in the area. We enjoyed walking the trail, seeing sunsets and eating at some of the many restaurants in area. The facility was clean, comfortable and convenient. The agent was most helpful. Would highly recommend.

Very accurate photos of the inside of this extremely clean and well maintained two bedroom, one bathroom unit. We loved bringing our small dog with us, as well as our bikes to enjoy the Pinellas bike trail and pickle ball courts nearby. Everything is within close proximity, including downtown Dunedin. Note that the unit is small (cozy) and four adults would be a bit tight. Also note that there is an open air pub and a bait shop just outside the back of the unit. Both could be an advantage to other renters. There was no corkscrew when we arrived but Karen had one delivered within an hour. Nice!

The property is just what we were looking for. A charming modern style two bedroom ranch style condo with no steps. Also pet friendly and spotless! The condo had all the amenities anyone could ask for. Communication from the owners on check in/check out procedures and lots of information about the area was ideal. The location was awesome as well! It was short ride down the causeway to the most beautiful and non crowded beach - with a separate section for your dog! The town had a small town feel with many restaurants and quaint shopping areas. We couldn’t have asked for more! Simply beautiful! 😀

My favorite part of Mai Tai was even though we were not waterfront every time I stepped outside I could smell the saltwater. Mai Tai is wonderfully put together and the locals that live there were amazingly friendly! We'd stay again for sure!

First time back as a tourist after living here most of our lives. Chose the location based on knowledge of the area and wanting to get in as many top hits in our limited free time around a weekend family gathering. Highlights: the place is as advertised and pictured. Clean and newly remodeled top to bottom. Comfy bed, new foam type on a platform. Having the park pass was very nice perk as we used for beach days and a few just drop ins for sunset. Walked the causeway each morning for sunrise and then into the park Minutes away. Small quiet building. Single story so you’re not schlepping your things up and down. Weekend Top hits: Frenchys for casual seafood. Better ambiance at the Clearwater beach locations but this is almost right next door. Agora Food Market, at the Tarpon Springs sponge docks. Go to the back deli counter and get some arahova feta cheese, some kalamata olives and fresh pita. Amazing appetizer while you prepare the fish you get from : Bill at Lockhart Seafood (at the end of the sponge docks)The only fish market we would buy from and as a gauge of quality, our business was a marina there so we know good seafood. To top it off, Pastries and bread from National Bakery also at the sponge docks. Way better than the tourist traps on the main drag. They bake fresh there daily. Mai Tai Suites Unit 4 is a winner. Hosts are easy to communicate with and very professional. Would stay again without hesitation.

Very easy drive from southwest Florida. Very clean and freshly renovated. Extra parking was available for our guests vehicle who came up later in the day. Short walk or drive to local restaurants and attractions.

My wife and I absolutely fell in love with this adorable unit! From top to bottom, the interior is brand new. This unit is amazing. The master suite is super comfy. I must say that the water pressure in the shower is perfect after a long day at the beach! The location is superb, that being that it's a 3 minute drive over to Honeymoon Island. There is numerous restaurants/bars within a few miles and a few are within walking distance. Our host, Karen was amazing and a pleasure to do business with. We definitely will be booking unit 4 at Mai Tai suites again!

I have stayed at many VRBOs and this is one of the best I’ve seen. It is not huge, but the decor manages to keep it feeling very big, open and bright. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous. There was plenty of space for 4 but we were just two. The only thing that could be an issue with more than 2 would be the one bath. So go with good friends or family. :). I really appreciated the wealth of information about the area the host sent us to read before and during our stay. Speaking of which, Karen was super. We only had one minor snafu getting in when we arrived and it was fixed in less than a minute. It is ideally situated for honeymoon island, (Truly beautiful and must see) however we were a quick drive to Clearwater and Tarpon Springs. Not to mention Tampa and St Pete being a ~30 minute drive away. I would 100% stay here again. I plan on coming back asap.

Great little property! A quick 10 min drive into downtown Dunedin, 5 min walk to the water for some of the most beautiful sunset spots you've ever seen. Karen is a great host. Great communication! The unit is updated, quiet and very clean. Allergy sufferers: Dont hesitate to rent this unit. Though they let dogs stay in the unit you cant tell it by staying there. I have terrible Dog/Cat allergies and was hesitant. With the hard surface flooring and impeccable maid service it isnt an issue. Everything you need is in the unit. Beds are very comfortable. I cant say much about the stocking of the kitchen as we ate out the entire time and only used the refrigerator.. Wouldnt hesitate to book this unit again. We will be back! Thanks Karen!!
