We had the BEST time staying at this house. It was 6 adults (2 seniors) and 5 kids(12,10,10,6,6). The three king beds were some of the best beds we've all stayed in. The kids loved the downstairs areas, and all of the bathrooms were super nice. The extra half bath on the main level was clutch. The house was super clean and the awesome host left us a sweet welcome gift. Thank you Terry the kids were happy! We loved the outdoor area and spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful views. Paddle boards and hot tub were a huge hit and the kids enjoyed the outdoor movie night. The kids have all asked if we can come back to this EXACT house :) Thank you for letting enjoy Hot Springs and stay at your beautiful house!

This property is absolutely beautiful and the location is even better! The owner Terry stayed in contact with us from before our arrival to the end. So warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

We needed a central place for family to gather for an early Thanksgiving. The kitchen is very well stocked and has lots of counter space. The home is nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very thoughtful and helpful.

We will definitely continue to frequent this property, it’s absolutely wonderful. House was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. The location was great and the views amazing. We loved the hot tub at night enjoying the views off the huge deck. Grilling dinner and sitting watching the boats go by while the kids used the paddle boards and swam right below was just what the Dr. ordered. Such a memorable family vacation full of rest and relaxation. The owners were great to work and communicate with. Hoping to book our next trip soon!!

We had a family get away with 6 adults for a long weekend at Lake Hamilton. This house was perfect. The accommodations are so clean and comfortable, the location is perfect and the host resounded quickly to any questions. We rented a boat and docked it at the house, enjoyed the provided paddle boards and did some fishing. I would absolutely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was as advertised, house was very clean, and the communication with Terry was excellent. We got great use off all the amenities (hot tub, paddle boards, decks, etc.) and the sunset views were amazing. The house was adequately furnished with all the things we needed to cook. There's a charcoal grill and we aren't grill masters, so that took a little getting used to for us. If you're staying here, I highly recommend renting or bringing a boat or jet ski (there's a dock available). We rented a boat for the day and it was great to be able to pull right up to the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was very nice and clean with a great outdoor deck and view of the water; perfect for 2-3 families (we had two and would have been comfortable adding another). Great location that is close to the National Park and and downtown Hot Springs. Loved our stay!

Pictures do not do the house justice. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy, the location was perfect. Our host was on point any questions I had they were quickly answered. Our entire family enjoyed the stay!

We loved our stay. This is a lovely and comfortable home on a gorgeous section of the lake. The neighborhood is peaceful. The host could not have been more kind or helpful. We enjoyed a week of swimming off the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. You will be delighted with the amazing waterfront deck space. We would definitely choose this home again.

Property was beautiful and spacious with a great location on the water! The home's amenities are top notch! The decking and outdoor seating was plentiful and comfy, the big trees are amazing for shade. Cooking and grilling was awesome with the very well stocked and super clean kitchen. Hot tub was used daily and the big soaking tub in the master bath too. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bed pillows and dish towels!! This has always been an issue for us when we are in rentals. Can't say enough about this property and owners! Great communication and smooth process.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very well appointed kitchen. We had everything we needed to prepare a nice dinner after a day at Oak Lawn. Nice views of the lake although it was too chilly to sit out on the decks. Enjoyed the hot tub, also.

We booked this property for 9 people. The property was better than I imagined it to be! The pictures do not do it justice. The home is gorgeous, updated, an the views are amazing! The lake is so calm first thing in the morning which made it perfect for coffee and paddle boarding! We didn’t want to leave! Terry was amazing to deal with, replied very fast, and was very detailed with check in instructions. Book this property, it’s amazing and beautiful!

Outdoor seating and lake views made for a relaxing and fun 4 day September getaway. Paddle boards and hot tub lend to the enjoyment. Kitchen appliances and dishes/ glassware excellent for making meals and snacks. Convenient to boat rental, grocery shopping and pickleball courts.

We had such a good time at this property! Everyone had plenty of space and we could all get together in the large living/dining room area for family meals and games. We would definitely enjoy coming back again next year!

We loved everything about this house! The best stocked house we’ve stayed in. Had everything we needed. The lake was amazing! The kids were in the water most of the day. Even the adults joined. The paddle boards were fun for all. Could not recommend this house more!

Loved the property, swim dock, and boat dock! Kids loved tubing! My only complaint is something they can’t do anything about…..spider webs! If the neighbors heard screaming it’s from the spider web traps out back! We will be back! Loved the area!

Very nice home. Lacked a few basics things such as a wine opener and basic glass ware such as wine glasses. AC upstairs not very effective. However we were having a record heatwave and high humidity at the time of our visit.

Our 3 generation group enjoyed this river side property for a full week. It was clean and cool inside upon arrival. The lower level with the bunk bed was quickly claimed by the 4 children and provided a sound buffer from the second level. We found everything we needed to prepare and serve meals in the kitchen. There was a Weber charcoal grill ( with starter fuel and charcoal) on the upper porch right outside the kitchen door. The children ate their meals on the stools at the kitchen counter or the table outside the kitchen. The lower level porch had another table, chairs, paddle boards, and the hot tub. Below that was a concrete swim platform with a ladder. We spent many hours enjoying the water off the platform. All the porches are shaded by huge Whte Oak trees throughout the day. Adjacent to the platform was the covered boat dock with a lift where we kept our boat. Wonderful place that we enjoyed despite the 100 degree days. There was a glitch with the A/C one afternoon, but Terry took care of it within a few hours. Terrific service. Would not hesitate to book another visit.

This house was perfect for our group of friends. Two couples and 5 children with ages ranging from 5-16. The down stairs space was a perfect spot for the kids to feel like they had their own spot to hang out while the adults enjoyed lots of patio and deck time! The swimming dock and hot tub made the stay even better. The house was clean and comfortable. We can’t think of a better place for our group to hang out and look forward to coming back!
