Beautiful exterior and interior , perfect location

The room was impeccable, the property recently refurbished, and the hotel has a perfect location on the edge of the walkable center of Sanlucar.

The system for entering the parking was badly implemented--it tries to send you a code to "the phone number you included with your hotel reservation", but in our case it didn't come through (it probably did not account for country codes, as our reservation was with a U.S. number--but Spain receives tons of international visitors so this would be an important detail!). We had to call a real human to work it out, but if we didn't have a Spanish phone plus the ability to speak the language, I'm not sure how long it would have taken to finally park the vehicle. All this on a one-way street where your only option is to temporarily block the sidewalk and annoy the pedestrians while awaiting the garage opening.

Beautiful, recently and tastefully decorated building and large apartments. Pool and surrounding roof terrace were a huge plus too had it to ourselves the majority of the time. Raquel was in contact giving us all the details before we arrived and was very helpful organising taxis for us and helping with any queries during our stay. The place was always so quiet and perfectly clean smelt lovely especially as you walk into the reception. Perfect location very close to bars restaurants and the main square plus easy to get to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Only thing we weren't so happy with was that we were offered a room with a terrace just before we went for an additional feee. Unfortunately the terrace wasn't connected to our room like the others seemed to be so we didn't use it as meant we would be going through 2 doors and accross the hallway but we had the full pool terrace to ourselves most of the time anyway so certainty didn't spoil our stay.

El alojamiento es espectacular, super acogedor, tiene todos los detalles, muy limpio. Su ubicación no puede ser mejor, siempre que podemos escaparnos a Sanlúcar iremos allí.
