There's an air conditioner, which helped , a lot . The owner is respectful.

It's so far away removed from the city , that you have to walk a mile or 2 to get to a grocery store Ps-It's over priced that's for sure .

There’s everything you need in the room. Owner is good to talk with and ask for the help. Hotel is located in quiet place.

Hotel is a bit far from the city centre (aprox. 20 mins walk). There’s no way to do laundry in the hotel (owner recommended laundry service but it didn’t help me). The building seems to be some kind of garage before - there are only small window in the room. 3-4 times in the week there were electricity shutdowns - and for entire day once. It’s pretty common in Yerevan but unfortunately hotel doesn’t have it’s own generator.

Friendly stuff, comfortable beds, good facilities, always hot water, fan. There were even paper dishes, which was definetly nice. Very clean room and clean and sofr linen.

Localtion is not very convenient. However you can get there by a bus. And by taxi for sure. If the window is open it's a bit noisy from the road.

I arrived and I was not given the room I booked. No aircon, no plasma TV, a smaller room. (Yes, I did book the big room!). I let this slide. Location is average, close food place buffet was poor (I caught a taxi into city to eat). What annoyed me the most is - I asked the owner clearly to book a taxi for the airport for 04:25. He said he would book Yandex and the cost would be 1500 AMD. He was banging on my door at 03:25 (go figure) - then he came back at 04:15 and took me in his "luxury" car and he wanted 5000 AMD. Thats a scam and unprofessional. This is my first bad review and Im not that hard to please.

This place is very close to the US Embassy (7 min walk), and it is ideal for staying the night before the visa interview. But anything passed that is too much.

It was too cold, and the heater did not generate much heat. The property owners do not speak English, although Booking.com says otherwise. No supermarkets, restaurants, or grocery stores nearby. The closest is a thirty minute walk.

Great value for money. Comfortable bed, takes about 10 minutes to get to city center by taxi, but taxi is very cheap so it is not a problem.

It is not far from center by distance but there are really no good places to eat or shops in walking distance nearby, so be prepared to order delivery or travel by taxi.
